Cashier did not speak English had a hard time understanding what I wanted. Employees had a friend in the store with a dog. Not a service animal.

Completely ignores drivers ! Do not come here if you are an uber/ DoorDash driiver, staff will completely ignore you for 30-40 minutes, as drivers we represent your customers that ordered food from your restaurant.

The girl at the register today 11/9/25 at 1pm, should not be responsible for “greeting” nor “interacting” with the guests right now. Perhaps she’s having a rough day/time? Avoided all eye contact, not a hint of a smile, obviously did not want to be there. Completely disengaged when trying to communicate.

Ordered a 4 inch Thanksgiving sandwich with no mayo and extra turkey. Sadly I got gross mayo and no extra meat, $1.25 extra for nothing! Granddaughter’s 8 inch Engineer sandwich was missing oil and vinegar. I had to greet the employees, because they didn’t bother to acknowledge my presence when I entered the store.
Customer service should be first priority, second priority is going all orders to go as ordered.

Following a terrible experience the day before 10/22, it was made right by LEVI in the most professional manner too which I am very appreciative. Customer service is a dying art, but Levi is aces in my book.

Great food delivered in less than 30 minutes

So today I went for 4 subs and don’t get me wrong they were spectacular but they were very rude for not letting know their soda machine was out of syrup for the regular drinks. I was there looking like a fool trying to find a soda for all my drinks and they still charged me for all 4 drinks. When I asked for a refund they said no and ask me to go home.

I ordered an Engineer sandwich. What I received was soggy bread, a small amount of mushy turkey, and the most lettuce I’ve ever seen be attempted to put into a sandwich. It was a waste of money, and a really sad sandwich.

Levi was great! Along with all the staff, they were friendly & the food is always awesome!

I have eaten at this Firehouse Subs many times before but today was exceptional. Apparently, there is some new management and what a difference it is making. Best New York Steamer I’ve ever had!

The restaurant is always tidy and clean. I’m always greeted when I come in too and I’m a pretty regular stop! A lot of the girls like Leo, MacKenzie, and one of them I never get there name but curly hair and an accent are always so fun. They make the food quick and the sandwiches are always hot and delicious! One of my favorite places and they make the place so inviting and lively.
