Firehouse Subs Northridge Center

I remember loving the smokehouse beef and cheddar sandwich. I do not remember it looking like this. No BBQ sauce, no cheese? Very interesting experience at this location.

I love coming here! The staff are always so kind and welcoming even during a rush they remain positive, calm, and helpful through it all. I appreciate the staff and I appreciate always getting my delicious food!

Staffing issues perhaps? I have tried to come several times this week around 7:20 pm and this location is always closed.

Worst firehouse I've ever been too. And they dont even do their job. Takes forever wouldnt recommend this location

Great service 💯 evening manager was very helpful navigating through the app to get my birthday sub. Took his recommendation on the pastrami sub it was excellent hot fresh very tasty.

Love the food and service, the atmosphere is fantastic, they are kind and always in a good mood, answered all my question and the food turned out just like I wanted and was super friendly in every way I would expect at any other place I would eat at 10/10 recommend and thank you James and the 2 other people working with him on 12/28/25 around noon thank you for the wonderful service

I just stopped by the location again after a long while staying away. I am really happy to find that the staff and entire atmosphere of this store has been turned around.

From placing my order to pickup, the process was smooth and the interactions were exceptional. Greetings at the door and super friendly and courteous customer experience. Thank you so much for putting this local spot back in the rotation.

Ordered two sandwiches through grub hub cost me about 57$ all together, there where no pickles and neither sandwich was made correctly. 100% will not be reordering from this joke of a location its absurd I paid so much for such mediocre work.
