Three employees said “Hello!” when we walked in. Food was cooked fast and to our specifications. The bag was overloaded with the best fries I’ve ever had. Definitely a great place for a high quality burger.

My biggest issue is they ask you what you want on your hamburger. They never put anything you ask for EVER!!!! The only thing you get is tomato, lettuce, and The condiments. 5 guys shouldn’t have ingredients on the menu after the employees refuse to put it on your hamburger! This is the 2nd time this has happened! My advice to people is go somewhere else you’ll get better results than the 5 guys in Arvada, Co

Good burgers, very generous with the fries. They fill the bag with extra fries which is a big plus if you get them hot. If you don’t get into the bag quickly it becomes a greasy, messy bag. The burgers are better than most fast food restaurants. You will pay a bit more here for your meal, it’s bordering to expensive for a burger fries and shake close to $27

When I work over this way on Wednesdays I come in for the fries as I crave them & do not have a Five Guys near me. The food is always great & the service as well. Today the boys outdid themselves. I got fries that were a little too well for my liking & was just gonna call it a loss. My coworker encouraged me to go back & let them know. I’m glad I did! They graciously made me a new batch & even had me taste test them. Lol! Now I’m gonna sleep happily & peacefully tonight. That’s how much I love these fries. You guys rock & I appreciate you all. Until next Wednesday.

I don't expect much from you run-of-the-mill fast food joints, even when they're more "premium" of a franchise. However, this place surprised me repeatedly that I had to double check I was still at a Five Guys when I left.
The first thing; This place was immaculate. Clean from head to toe. Usually there is one dirty table and the floor rittled with peanut shells and the like, but here... Nothing. Theu were on top of it. Secondly; The service was a lot more chill than your usual teenage, devil-may-care attitude, added a little extra fries cause they were simply slower than usual. To top that off, the manager loterally walked the floor like this places was a full-fledged restaraunt. Making sure everything was in order.
This place was clearly trying to evolve passed being a Five Guys, we were spoiled.

I went to Five Guys for the first time today and was very disappointed by the experience.
I ordered a burger without pickles and when I picked it up it had 4 pickles on the top, which would be understandable anywhere else but when you are paying $12 for a burger and waiting a long time for it you sort of expect it to be made correctly.
I wasn't getting any signal in the store, so the lack of wifi was also disappointing.
