Wrote this review to highlight Izzy! We came in close to closing time, and she greeted us with genuine kindness and welcoming energy. We knew it was late but we really needed some food, and Izzy didn’t let us feel like we were a burden. Getting there so close to closing, we definitely didn’t anticipate such great service and attentiveness! She really made something as small as grabbing a bite to eat such a pleasant experience. Nothing special anymore. I can get a better burger meal at chilies or longhorn now for 10 bucks. 5 guys can try to defend their overpriced average beef but in the end it’s just price gouging. They have lost there edge.

I had the best experience at 5 Guys. It was my first time, and I am GF and had burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun - just the way I like it! The frier is GF and the fries were on point. Also, I am a calorie counter and everything had the calories next to it on the menu. The service was friendly and the I can't wait to go back again. This was an easy option for me and its not often that I can say that.

Best burger, best fries by far. You better be ready to eat a lot of fries if you get the bagful but mmmm, they are sooooo good. I love the made-to-order with the exact ingredients you want on your burger and since it's a double patty sandwich, one is plenty! Five Guys has the best burger combination of all burger joints!
I had a really frustrating experience with this Five Guys, the app glitched and placed a large order without me clicking anything. I tried to cancel immediately through the app, but there was no option. I called the store right away, hoping they could stop the order, but they said it was already submitted and couldn’t be canceled, even though the extra food was clearly going to go to waste.
I went to the store to pick it up in person, and while I was sitting there, the manager started bad-mouthing me to colleagues for trying to cancel the order. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I was told I’d be refunded, but weeks later I still haven’t received anything.
To top it off, I was so upset I didn’t even eat the food, since I didn't trust the people serving it, so I paid for nothing. Between the app glitch, poor customer service, and lack of follow-through, this was a really disappointing experience. I expected better from Five Guys. 10/7/25

A couple weeks ago we ordered some burgers and fries, my wife and i both have a dairy allergy so we made sure to select the regular bacon burger, when it got to us it had cheese all over it… so i called the store and told them and was refunded and reordered another time on uber eats , and the same thing happened again! After double checking the order on the app I made sure i didn’t make the mistake ….. Which I confirmed so i called again and had the order refunded again! but just ate the taxes and delivery fees because i wasn’t about to do it a third time …..so i just went hungry and frustrated that night
fast forward 2+ weeks optimistic that it was an isolated incident… no luck
again with the issues, i don’t know what is going on lately but man … this might be one of the last times we ordered just because the inconsistency and inconvenience…
this time we were just completely missing our fries that we ordered and both of our burgers were missing ingredients …
so yet again we made another order to get more fries, so more taxes more delivery fees and frustration

The regular burger is a huge, delicious double meat sandwich. A regular order of fries is more than enough for two. Prices are high but portions are huge. I prefer a single burger but you have to know to specify one patty. Love the free peanuts and strawberry shake!

Three employees said “Hello!” when we walked in. Food was cooked fast and to our specifications. The bag was overloaded with the best fries I’ve ever had. Definitely a great place for a high quality burger.
