Gaucho Parrilla! That's one of the best bison burgers I've eaten. It's not cheap but it is tasty, juicy, and a big portion. I love the maple dressing it contrast the flavour of the meat and it's pretty amazing. I am a sweet-tooth so yeah. Their empanadas are also pretty good.

We finally visited for the first time the other day. It was fun having the atmosphere of a food court that was made to invite people to stay and be social! We ate CD'S Wings and Gaucho Parilla for dinner. Both were delicious! The lasagna was a tiny bit salty for my taste, but still delicious! WE will most definitely be back!

Riot burger was absolute garbage! Looks like a frozen patty .. over cooked and dried out! Half a piece of bacon! Do not recommend!

Weāve been coming here since it first opened and the options are ok. They need more after dinner options. There is no adult options like coffee. When they first opened the owner would make coffee if requested. There is only ice cream as an option for desert. It would be a nice place to stay longer in the evening if coffee and desert were available.

First time visitor. Indoor food court with several options including a bar. Food counter service was great but there is no table service.
GTFOH! $10 local 4 Noses draft beer. Super cool bartender tho! Never in my life paid that much for a draft beer outside of a Rockies game. Kill me. Wish I could enjoy this adorable little place but that price is a major bummer. Never mind the risk of cancer from nearby Rocky Flats. Google it.

The door heading out to the patio closed a little earlier than expected and our drink shattered. IMMEDIATELY the bartender made another drink and was so so kind to us. Family friendly as well!

I just went into this place to get a slice of pizza and was yelled at by what I believe is a lower managerial employee because I had been waiting for about 8-10 minutes for anybody to acknowledge I was there š. To the GM, if you are the same person who was in place three-months ago and for quite a while before that, you will recognize me if youād like to speakā¦
Iāll make this as quick as possible. I went in and after standing at the counter of Miss Amieās for roughly four minutes I saw an employee at the place next door and asked him if he knew if anybody was working at Miss Amieās. He was very nice and walked over to the person in the pizza making area and let them know they had a customer. About 3-4 minutes later when this same kid saw that I was still waiting for this person to come take my order, he went and grabbed the middle manager person, and hereās how the convo went:
Her: sorry to keep you waiting.
Me: yeah, thatās like the third time thatās happened.
Her: yeah, you see weāve got a blind spot where the employee canāt see when thereās a customer so weāre going to redesignā¦etc, etc.
Me: Oh good. Yeah the kid who grabbed you had told them I was here about 5-minutes ago (she cuts me off)
Her: (raised voice) You could have gone to any other booth and asked someone to help you at any time. Note here: I didnāt know that, but I went to the nice kid at the booth next door. Carry onā¦
Me: Uh, bye.
Her (as Iām walking out): āBye???ā And then a bunch of random stuff I didnāt process as I walked outā¦
Not sure what happened there. I donāt raise my voice during fast food transactions, so not really sure how the situation devolved into crazy fast food worker yelling at the calm, kind, professional customer. Thanks to the nice kid from the booth next door for trying to help. I wonāt ever be back, which is a drag because I meet friends for beers here on occasion. Just a really weird, uncomfortable interaction with an unstable employee š¬. Yikes!!!

Stopped in at Freedom Street Social to see the School of Rock students perform and grab a bite to eat. Very pleasantly surprised on the preparation and taste of salmon sliders at Gaucho Parrilla. The place was very busy but my food was ready in a reasonable amount of time and prepared perfectly. Iāll be back to try the numerous other items in their menu.

It's 5pm on a Sunday, why is the music blaring? I can't take kids here. Also the booster seats are incompatible with all the chairs and no high chairs could be located.
