It was our first time to the freedom social food court, and we went right for the steak, bison Burger and chorizo empanadas at this place. Really well done, steak was cooked perfectly and very flavorful, with some added chimichurri for freshness. The empanadas were super buttery and flaky and had a really good amount of flavorful filling. The bison Burger also packed a lot of flavor. Loved our first experience so we'll definitely be back.

Dessert was great. The platter was not. The cheese was not hot. The sausage was mushy and for $22. Crazy.

Very disappointing. I’ve been there once before (few months ago) and tried a choripan and it was fine. I wanted to come back for more food. Finally went back last Saturday. Husband and I ordered an Achuras platter and a Churrasco (medium). Everything was uncommonly cold when we got our order. So cold I made think if it was prepared before hand and barely warmed up for service. The churrasco came out more medium rare and also cold.

We've eaten here twice and both times the food exceeded our expectations. The guacamole and plantain chips is very unique and delicious. The empanadas are amazing and they have a slight sweetness that goes well with the chimicurri sauce. We can't wait to come back and try brunch!

Come here on Sunday for brunch! The churrasco and eggs was delicious, and pretty reasonably priced considering how much food you get. The steak was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. I would definitely come here again!

This place is outrageously great. We have eaten here multiple times for both brunch and dinner and are always blown away at the quality of food for the price. The churrasco and eggs is a MUST try, we take all of our visitors to Colorado here for brunch and have yet to have someone not be blown away. Why haven’t you eaten here yet?

Absolutely incredible food from some very talented people. Estephania was very kind and helpful when deciding what to choose. Chef Gustavo and Chef May made sure to prepare everything with incredible intention and attention to detail, and the flavor was incredible. Definitely try the churasco!

Tbh saw the chef managing the grill and knew the food was going to be FIRREEEE. if I were to write a love letter to a savory pastry it would be to their chorizo empanadas because it was SOOOO good! Loved the pastry dough they use (like perfectly flaky but holds all the filling) and the chorizo filling was juicy and cooked perfectly. Their corn empanada was LOADED with corn and cheese and was absolutely incredible as well. Can’t wait to come back to try their sandwiches and their brunch items!

These reviews are lies. If you are South American you will be very disappointed. Sad how Americans continue to exploit South America.

Wow! Really really yummy brunch food. This was quick and easy but didn’t cost any of the flavor. We had the Patagonia skillet, avocado toast, and went all out and split the bread pudding torrijas… absolutely delicious! Cute food court type atmosphere with lots of options. We will definitely be back.
