Was the first time I had been in and the gentleman behind the counter that helped me was very lively and went over the menu with me very well. Wish I had caught his name cuz he was fantastic. The food was excellent and I can’t wait to come back to try more from the menu!
The food was delicious. I got the haddock and chips (fries), my boyfriend got the bangers and mash. The haddock was so tender and almost fluffy, not heavy at all with grease. The bangers (polish sausage) was flavorful, especially with wonderfully caramelized onions on the side. Derek and JJ were very helpful with explaining the menu and giving recommendations for us newbies. We had the haddock, it was delicious. Joe is the best, he is so friendly and enjoyable to talk to. I tried talking to the cook but she doesn’t speak English, that is the only negative I could say about this place. The atmosphere is great.
