We are celiacs and traveled to Denver for family. We were super excited about trying this place, but we walked in and the place was DISGUSTING!! The guy working there was very mean and their selection was very low and not what it looked like on the website. The guy was being sarcastic the whole entire time.You can tell that the owner doesn’t care because when we go to dedicated gluten free places we like to ask about the story of why they decided to open a gluten free bakery and all he said was “I know people with issues” like what the heck also when I was reading his responses and they said “we might try better next time”how rude!!!He was also eating food that did not look like it was from the place and isn’t safe because it looked as it was gluten.The kitchen workspace was visibly very dirty, things scattered everywhere and food left out on counters. We are very strict celiacs and he was not wearing gloves and offered us bread out of a random plastic bag . he was touching it with his bare hands, and that was a major health concern for us.I have no idea what the hype is about because the positive reviews are lies and don’t reflect on how the place actually is. In the positive reviews it shows pictures of food that is for sure not from this place. I also have no idea how this place is dedicated gluten free because it looked as no safety precautions were taken. Do not recommend coming here!! and it’s safe to say we will never be coming back.

Owner was rude and sarcastic and kept saying his food wasn’t any good. Made us super uncomfortable. We purchased 2 cookies that were basically raw dough. No flavor. Threw one away and at $5, that says something. Owners hands were coated in flour, took our cash without washing. Will not go back.

The best GF bagels I have ever had! Everything there is delicious!

I’ve been gluten free for 14 years now and this cute little place was heaven for me! So many gluten free options. I got the giant cookie, edible cookie dough, loaf of bread, and some other things! It’s hard to find gluten free bakery’s so I’m so glad I stumbled upon them! Highly recommend if you are gluten free!

This place has great gluten free and allergy friendly options. Their bread is better than anything you can find at the grocery store. We like the english muffins, bagels, and edible cookie dough.

One of my favorite bakeries in Colorado! These guys do a great job of being inclusive with folks who have celiac and take pride in their food!

THE BEST Celiac safe place in denver. Between their pre-made goodies and the mixes I bring home, a good 70% of my food comes from this place. They guys who own and work here and great and make you feel like family!

They are absolutely incredible! They are always so sweet to me and my wife. The guys that run this place always remember their regulars and treat us so well! The food is the yummiest gluten free things I've ever had. It's so hard to find a celiac safe place these days and I feel so lucky to have found them. My only trouble is that I can't stop spending money here to get more goodies!

Best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. I’m keen to the English Muffins and pizza crusts. They also have these little pumpkin spice muffin things that are awesome! Amazing service, too.

Bought cupcakes and a loaf of bread here.The cupcakes were a sugar bomb! I tried very little bit and my mouth was almost burning from the sweetness. The cream also tasted artificial. I could also taste baking soda in the dough part. Personally I would use 4 times less sugar and make it more natural tasting. I feel guilty I let my kids eat it.

Dietary restrictions: We are a gluten free vegan family who is grateful to have a small, locally owned business where we pick up goodies. We are foodies and are especially glad when our finds are exceptional. This little gem is great. Superior service by the owner and staff as well.

These folks are the absolute best in the biz. I’ve been going to their shop for a few years now and have never been disappointed. My wife and I are a combination of gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free due to allergies.I stopped in the other day to get some cupcakes for my wife and their flavors are awesome. Their seasonal gingerbread flavor takes the cake (pun intended) though. Unbelievably delicious. These cupcakes are the real deal. So incredibly soft and moist. I don’t know how they do it.And the folks I talked to while checking out were incredibly nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.I already knew I would be a regular customer there, but now I know for a fact that I’m gonna have to come back and try their seasonal cupcakes every time they make new ones. They’ve definitely got a customer for life.

This is a fantastic bakery with many options for gluten-free breads, cookies, and pancake mix. They even have eatable cookie dough.
