Overall disappointing experience.Eggs only provided during certain hours. The excuse of the egg shortage is long over.When we asked to speak to about it we were told he will say the same thing and we are not allowed to ask for eggs.Lack of leadership, lack of communication on egg hours. (Not listed on you're web page.We were regulars to the downtown location sadly they closed. Not having eggs to mix with our food was a huge bummer and loss of guest.Best

Food was burnt every time and the waiter was garbage left old food on our table the whole time and never got a refill on our
Came in to get in out of the snow and zero degree weather. We were greeted by our cook, server, and even had a nice chat with the general manager. I had my usual and then went back for seconds, I have often wondered if the restaurant ever wonders about the combinations that the customers create, because mine is delicious and I would be happy to share with the company, I think one of the cooks ask me once or twice because it "smells so good." other than that I do appreciate never being rushed or felt like I need to speed through my meal, just so they can give my table to the next customer. And the chairs are comfortable and the 80s rock was at a nice volume, not too loud. Always an enjoyable meal.
