Hype Tea Boba & Sandwiches

The tea was delicious and so refreshing and not too sweet. I also ordered a sandwich which was yummy warm and a good size for the smaller option. The staff were so kind to my kids, gave them samples and were super patient when my four year old melted down when he didn’t win at the claw machine. Thanks for great service!

Walked in and said hi to clerk. He just stared at me. Finally he ask if he could help me. He handed my ice cream cone without paper covering where I would touch it.
Vending machines made obnoxious noises to clash with bad overhead music.
I'll never go there again.

There's no point in ordering a head for boba. They will not make the drink until you actually arrive on site. I placed an order for boba and I still have to go into the store and wait the same exact amount of time as if I had order it on site and waited for it on site waste of my freaking time.
At least the boba was good

The store was sooo cute!! I loved the set up and can't wait to go back and try some crane games when I have more time!! The staff member was super friendly, ready to answer any questions and just had a great vibe. Definitely recommend this store for both drinks and the collectibles they sell!! They let me verify the authenticy right there which was huge with how resale markets can be. Will definitely be returning!

We love this place! Lee and Michael are so nice and accommodating and always very helpful and give us great suggestions. We love the strawberry Boba tea with berry bursting boba’s. They also have 8 claw machines at the store and they are willing to help fluff the machines if needed. 5 stars all around!!

my friends and I were treated with a very disrespectful attitude by one of your employees, despite the fact that we were being polite the entire time. His customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional, the drinks he prepared for us tasted terrible, and after consuming them, we experienced severe diarrhea for three days.
i strongly recommend you to retrain your staff in proper customer service and ensure food safety before allowing them to serve customers

The staff were rude and not helpful, bad attitude. The bubble tea did not taste good at all. It was too sweet and the tapioca pearls were hard. I will not come back here.

I usually love this place, but I just drove 22 minutes to find it closed at 8:19 PM? You close at nine ?

This is a GREAT boba tea shop. This was our first visit and we got the Carmel Black Milk Tea with brown sugar boba and a Wintermelon Refresher with Dragonfruit boba. Both were AMAZING!!! I love the coziness of the shop. They have seating with tables. They have games you can play. They also have a Tekken video game and two claw machines. The tokens for the machines are very reasonable. They also had snacks and also sold sandwiches and boa buns. The boa buns and sandwiches looked so good and we are definitely going to try the food at our next visit. It’s definitely a place I would recommend anyone to go to for a delicious boba tea and a fun time. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back soon! The gentleman working was so friendly and helpful with recommending the boba for our drinks.

This location is very clean and cute! Though a bit small, they make do and I really like the atmosphere!
Drinks are ok, they are a little stingy with toppings than what I am used to (especially for the price). The sugar cane drinks are their best menu items though!
