Food was good but service was horrible went with my mom and daughter we got sat down then we sat there for 10 mins 3 waiters walked right past us finally asked a waitress who are server was she got a attitude tried to look at my mom to intimidating and she proceeded in a rude way hi how are you doing multiple time finally took out order when it was time to pay her attitude changed but when she seen no tip she got so mad I won’t tip anybody who gives bad service and most definitely won’t tip when you are rude the whole entire time I won’t be going back there at all worst customer service

Life can throw stuff at you and sometimes it hits us right in the face. It has taken a toll on me, and caused me to be homeless in my van for the time being. Just in conversation I mentioned it to this wonderful human being that was my waitress. She took care of my meal for me. Which blessed me more than she could know. Thank you very much Ms Bree. I pray God blessed you just as much as you have blessed me. If not more. Thank you for being such a kind and caring person.

My family decided to go to IHOP for my late husband's birthday, a place he liked to go. There were 30 of us that showed up an before closing( circumstances prevented coming earlier). I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled due to the excellent customer service and attitude of those that took care of us. The waitress was very pleasant and accommodating as well as the waiter. They did a great job! Thanks to the cook as well. Very efficient! Thank you fir making our night special.

Came in for a bite after a hike and ended up with the server, Jessica, really making me regret my decision to come in vs grabbing food elsewhere. She was curt from the very beginning and acted like she’d rather be doing anything else besides serving me and I couldn’t wait to get out of there and make this my last visit there. I had her for a previous meal here a few weeks ago, and it was the same experience so I couldn’t just mark her behavior for having a bad day. I tipped 20 percent regardless and didn’t get a thank you or anything after saying thanks on my end.

I see that other customers have mentioned their negative review here with this server as well so idk if this establishment has talked to this server directly about her funky serving behavior or if they just don’t care at this point.

Perfect spot for breakfast combos!! The food was really delicious and on point. The meal came out fast and accurate with excellent customer service. The waiter was very attentive but not overly attentive. Just right! I will be recommending IHOP to friends and family!

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience on 8/23/25 at around 10:40pm, the lady who was a host but also our server did not greet us in a happy way or in any way at all, instead as soon as my partner & I walked in, I was greeted with a nasty look. I even told my partner “wow, they aren’t happy we are here.” The lady was very obviously upset bc we came one hour before closing as if that’s a crime… LOL. Your hours are your hours for a reason.. it was two of us.. 20 min before closing.. okay. I can see why they’d be upset, that wasn’t the case for us! Nonetheless, it’s your JOB to serve guests until closing time! If you want to close early, take that up with management, don’t take it out on guest who just wanted to go out on a date & unfortunately Chik Fil A was closed! You would think, okay not too bad just a dirty look, we can look past that, but than it’s not even like 11:17pm & they started mopping around us.. so that made us feel like they were trying to rush us out! My partner informed me our server just kept giving us weird looks & staring at our table along with a blond gal that was closing that night as well & was also the one who started mopping! Even more uncomfortable now, so now at this point I was still going to tip my server at least 5% because I felt bad, but instead we left her NOTHING. Make guest uncomfortable & feel unwelcome you will not get tipped! For future reference, nobody is forcing you to work & you can go get a degree if you hate your job so much, I never understand how people expect to make money if they can’t even handle a guest coming in 1 hour before close. Anyways, the server was just upset she had to actually do her job that she is there for… even though I’m sure she has done the same to other restaurants/places! How sad, we have been coming here for a couple years & one server & the other gal had to ruin it for us! Food was still good as usual though, at least I can say that!

I feel like the fried fish, for seniors, is a good bet, delicious! Should be on the regular menu, too.
There's a deal, for seniors, but it wasn't pointed out to us. We would have made different choices.

Saturday morning and I was seated in the back room that was PACKED. The front of the restaurant had maybe 2 tables seated. I get it's probably easier to serve everyone when they are packed in one room like sardines. But I was so close to the people at the next table it was very uncomfortable. I asked for a table change to the front of the restaurant which they obliged. My hashbrowns were burned so bad on the bottom I couldn't eat them. Got out quick and won't be back.

they was no server to seat us. a nice young lady who was off work from here took it upon her self on her off time to do so- thank you for that.
good was really good. but server took the syrup away before i was even done eating my cinna- stack pancakes, so i finished them dry.. not happy about that. server was friendly but had a very weird vibe about him. almost like it bothered him we added another order of food to our already eaten order. but otherwise it was a good visit. very little parking... to many cars driving to fast thru parking lot. an no one to monitor then. with speed an lack of noticing pedestrians

Placed an order for curbside pickup. Waited for over 20 minutes outside and went in multiple times before staff finally admitted kitchen forgot our order. Asked for a refund and the guy working asked me I could do it on my end because he couldn't, which wasn't true, because he eventually asked someone how and did it. Restaurant was not busy. No one knows how to do their job apparently.

Our waitress was really attentive, but either didn't know or didn't care, that when a customer's order is prepared poorly, she should tell the line cook she's not serving that and ask for another. My omelet was overcooked, with very few ingredients, literally 2 tablespoons of tomato and spinach. The toast was cold, didn't get the hash browns I ordered. It was busy, but the food wasn't acceptable. I didn't want to send it back because my friend thought it was fantastic. I'll never go back. If you enjoy subpar food or don't know what good food is, you'll love this location.

We came in with our party of 7 and waited to be sat when the restaurant was empty, not really a problem until we did get sat and no one came by for a bit the restaurant ended up filling up and everyone was getting served but us, about 30 minutes pass and we flag someone down, they said they would grab our server and then another 10 minutes went by and Jessica (which was the name on our receipt at least) came up with a very bad attitude and with very short rude responses took our order. She was glaring at us the entire time took another 10 minutes to get us waters and then brought 2 of us the bills and then left in the middle of checking us out. We looked around and waiting another 5 minutes until we just got up and paid at the front. It’s very rare for me to go to a restaurant and have the server somehow make my experience worse. I’m a supervisor at a restaurant downtown and I would never have Jessica on my staff that was wild. Regardless of all that I have been here many times before and most of the staff has been great I still recommend eating here just avoid her.
