Typical breakfast chain. But good food & friendly staff. Was a quiet time of day & waitress was a little distracted but nothing big.

Our waitress was really attentive, but either didn't know or didn't care, that when a customer's order is prepared poorly, she should tell the line cook she's not serving that and ask for another. My omelet was overcooked, with very few ingredients, literally 2 tablespoons of tomato and spinach. The toast was cold, didn't get the hash browns I ordered. It was busy, but the food wasn't acceptable. I didn't want to send it back because my friend thought it was fantastic. I'll never go back. If you enjoy subpar food or don't know what good food is, you'll love this location.

We came in with our party of 7 and waited to be sat when the restaurant was empty, not really a problem until we did get sat and no one came by for a bit the restaurant ended up filling up and everyone was getting served but us, about 30 minutes pass and we flag someone down, they said they would grab our server and then another 10 minutes went by and Jessica (which was the name on our receipt at least) came up with a very bad attitude and with very short rude responses took our order. She was glaring at us the entire time took another 10 minutes to get us waters and then brought 2 of us the bills and then left in the middle of checking us out. We looked around and waiting another 5 minutes until we just got up and paid at the front. It’s very rare for me to go to a restaurant and have the server somehow make my experience worse. I’m a supervisor at a restaurant downtown and I would never have Jessica on my staff that was wild. Regardless of all that I have been here many times before and most of the staff has been great I still recommend eating here just avoid her.

The worst IHOP in Colorado. Go to Northfield this place is not worth it. The big steak omelet barely had any meat and the bone steak n eggs was not able to be prepared at the right temp. The waitress didn't even take it off the ticket so we paid for food we didn't eat and sent back. I then had to explain to her that she wasn't being a tip due to all the issues with our meal being left unresolved. Never go.

We love this restaurant and go often and the service is usually good but today our waitress was well, gave us drinks and never came back. So we were leaving. The manager Mario was so nice and so good to us! He made sure we got our food to go and was hot and fresh. Really nice guy! We will continue to go here.

I ordered the 2+2+2 combo with crispy hash browns and 2 ham, 2 bacon. Hash browns were not crispy. No bacon. No utensils. The Uber Eats delivery was great. Not worth the price to not get what I ordered.

The coffee cup is so tiny, but the seating in both sides was repaired with tape! We wanted to share one side only, but we couldn’t. Also the waitress only came by to take our order, bring the food and leva the ticket. Must commend the guy cleaning the tables, Juanito is a charmer, I’ll go back just to chat with him.
Food was cold, turkey bacon uncooked and coffee is only water. The server took the turkey bacon and when they brought it back it was fried with little pieces of dirt from the grease I rapped in a napkin and leave there. After 40+ years coming to this place I never knew what they were doing. For vegan people is not good place to eat.

My party and I walked in and waited at the counter to be seated at 10 am on Dec 15th. While we stood there,there was 4 staff members buying tamale's from a lady. No one bothered to say we will be right with you.we waited for about 5 minutes until all tamales and cash had been exchanged.There is a place for all this to take place and at the counter is not the place. Please train your staff to have the proper customer service education.

Wouldn't seat us until the whole party was there. Didn't bring coffee to the table until breakfast was served. My hashbrowns were overcooked and cold like the bacon... $16 for breakfast and $5 for coffee. Won't be going back on a weekend because you get faster seating and the same meal for half the price on a week day.
