They hired the McDonalds guy to work the fries. Colorado does not understand In N Out culture. This is not McDonalds! I've had this issue at the Arvada and Lakewood locations. Countless times my meals come with cold fries or they do not even fill the tray. A truly pathetic presentation. I've never had this issue at any California or Nevada location so I can only chock it up to lazy people who just don't get it. I ordered them well done too and they were not. Laziness to the utmost degree!

First time seeing a In-&-out burger that has a big parking and indoor & outdoor seating . Ate here twice now for the weekend! Gets busy but sure is worth it ! Fast service and friendly staff too ! Great work and keep it up! And we even saw a security guard watching the place! That was even cool! Awesome!

Staff needs to be empowered to decide on serving the drive through and the inside or hire more staff to serve the dine in customers.
Tonight I wanted 34 minutes to get food as I watched car after car get theirs and a steadily longer line waiting at the counter.
The staff were working their butts off, but looked short handed and/or locked into a process that prioritized drive through customers.

I couldn't wait to go to In-N-Out burger here in Arvada Colorado!! Finally was able to go yesterday the line was very short their menu is even shorter, but I have to say I don't know what everybody's raving about my hamburger was raw in the middle and my French fries is hard as rocks?!?! 1 out of 10 I give them a zero would not recommend

Wonderful Burger, fries and shakes!! The shakes are made with real ice cream. There was a slight wait but the wait time is bearable! Friendly staff and in a good location!
