Placed an order over an hour ago. STILL NOT READY. They said, oh we are busy. Makes no sense. What the hell is going on??? Now they are like oh, we will make it but still have not. This is the strangest thing I have ever seen!!!

Every location I go to, they always make the sandwiches with even meat ratios. However, the guy who cuts the bread/meat here on Monday and Tuesday nights absolutely stiffs people, it’s DIABOLICAL 😭 I always have to ask/pay for extra meat for it to just be a normal-sized sandwich. Please have a chat with him, I love Jersey Mike’s and don’t want to have to make a longer trek to a different location every time. The location is clean and staff are nice, would love to update my review.

The food is fine but they need to figure out how to make a sub in less than 30 minutes. I dropped my family off and went 1.8 miles for a burrito, came back and ate it outside. I still had to wait 10 minutes for them to get their food. Truly amazing.

We’ve been coming to this location for 10 years. The food here is great and always has been. The service, however, has really gone down hill in recent months. We usually get subs about once every other week. The last 2 months they have not gotten a single sub right. It’s so incredibly disappointing to get home and realize the sub you’ve been craving was made wrong and now you can’t eat it.

Looked like a second grader cut and wrapped my sub. Looked like some sort of crime scene or something! Do better. Sharpen your knife or do some push-ups.

DONT GO HERE, VERY RUDE. So I showed up moments before they were supposed to close and even though they had the doors open, they were already packing up as if they were closed for ten minutes. And when I mentioned that they should lock the doors because they were supposed to be closed they all just laughed at me.
