Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed on online order and I placed it at the wrong location. I am no where near this location as I am an hour away. I called immediately to cancel and the guy that answered after it ringing and ringing for about a minute stated he couldn't do anything for me since he already made it. I have worked in a restaurant and know that you can give a refund especially if you are far away. Mistakes happen and this guy just didn't want to be inconvenienced. There is no way it was made that fast, i placed it at 11:25 and called when it was still 11:25. I paid for a lunch I cant even have. Do better Jerseys Mikes Arvada.

Your sandwich makers ask if you want the ingredients that already come on the sandwich you order? 1 strip of bacon down the center of a giant sandwich is a ripoff. Skimpy on your meat and cheese. Paid over $20 for a sandwich of 70% bread.

This is the closest location to my house and my family and I will not be coming back. Getting the subs delivered is a nightmare, and even when you go inside the store it's not much better in terms of service or accuracy. I wanted to love this location but I get much better service from Snarf's down the block. I love this chain but I shouldn't have to drive to the one on Colfax or Youngfield to be treated like a paying customer

I have ordered several times from this location and always get a well-made sub. The staff has always been friendly. The ingredients are fresh. My orders are always quick.

Horrible experience here. Staff is rude and brushes you off when ordering and paying. Sent a complaint to their corporate and haven't heard back.

The front staff here has absolutely no customer service skills. My sandwich had jalapeños on it on one side and I was a MiKes original Philly. Not even supposed to have them at all. Also, the bathroom was covered in urine! Absolutely disgusting! The entire experience was awful!
