Do not go to this Jersey Mike’s location. The one at Colfax and Wadsworth is much better. This one was filthy, but as it was after the dinner rush, I thought maybe they were still trying to clean up. When I walked in they informed me that they were out of white bread, no big deal, I’ll have it on wheat I only had two requests for my order, light on the vinegar and oil and don’t cut my sandwich in half. Not 10 seconds after I told him To go light on vinegar and oil, he of course, soaks the entire sandwich and vinegar. Then says” Oh, right, you wanted light” Then proceeds to glug on a ton of oil after that he immediately cut my sandwich in half after he did that he didn’t offer to make me a new one. He just said sorry bro it’s a habit.I don’t get the obsession with Jersey Mike’s of cutting a sub into little tiny 3 inch pieces. I once had a manager come running in from the office cut my sandwich in half and run back in. I’m sure it was a habit has that seem to be the only thing that was drilled into this kids head.I took the sandwich because I needed to eat and didn’t have time to stop off at any place else. but when you have to work over half an hour to be able to afford a lousy sub, it sure would be nice to get it the way you want it.

Although the food good, it is difficult to write a positive review. We are locals and find ways to support businesses that support our community. Unfortunately this specific Jersey Mikes location does not.We purchased a fundraising discount card from our highschool. Jersey Mikes had a BOGO coupon on it. When presenting it, we were told that they "no longer accept that coupon". Other Jersey Mike locations will accept this coupon but this location in particular is not interested in supporting local sports teams by honoring it.We use this location often for ordering our office lunches (without coupons) but feel it's best to take our business elsewhere to properly support those who support our community. Super disappointed.

Reading the majority of these reviews are spot on. Good service, good food, and the place is the cleanest Jersey Mike's I have been in. For the bad reviews, they are comical. One guy had to wait 4 minutes for his sandwich? Oh shucks, how did he survive this trauma? This location rocks and will be the only one I go to. They have this place running like a machine.

The food rating is 5 stars, never been disappointed with the food at any of the Jersey Mike's I've patronized over the last decade plus, including this store since it opened. Maybe it's the timing of opening during a pandemic, the shortage of people looking for entry level compensation, but there's been a consistent high turnover rate behind the counter and service has suffered because of it. Inability to get the order right the first time, unfamiliarity with the menu items are the norm. I will be going back to an outlet that is a few more miles away.
I just walked out of your store because your crew, which is well staffed, is too busy making door dash orders to take care of the line of people standing there in person. It’s really too bad these call in orders to lake priority over the people that take the time to visit your store in person. I see this everywhere and it’s frustrating.

The subs are great. Its a better option than the competition. They always have their originals but at the same time they also bring out new subs depending on the time of year. I would recommend if you never been. The atmosphere is kinda bland and wish it would be better. But if your just there for the sub. Just go for

I stopped him to get a quick sandwich. I'm a rideshare driver and I was waiting for an airport ride to start. I ordered my sandwich and waited for a little over 4-5 minutes. While these two young guys stood they're talking. They finally started making the roast beef sandwich But my ride had started.........
