Tipped 22% and still didn't happen. Is 22% not good enough? No pride in their work.

Great place to order catering! I work for a nonprofit that provides social and recreational programs for children with cancer. We are hosting a holiday party for over 200 children and families and I worked with Bethany and Sonia to place a BIG order for sandwiches. They were so helpful and pleasant to work with, and even offered to come in early to get this order completed in time for a 10:30 am pick up. So grateful to people who take pride in their jobs and offer service with a great attitude!

This is the second time I have used this location to provide for our church staff budgeting luncheon in the last couple of years. I called in to place my 14-person order on both occasions, and both experiences were positive. The orders were both accurate and on-time for pick-up. The food was packaged very neatly and the subs were also kept warm! Sonia, the manager on site, was friendly, professional, and very accommodating to our staff. I recommend this Jimmy John's location for such large pick-up orders. I plan to use them again next year.

Worst Jimmy John’s ever!

- Didn’t type in the order right so it didn’t come right
- Just dropped my food by the open gate instead of walking it up to the door
- Takes an HOUR TO DELIVER a couple subs?
- Called them up following week to see what happened to the order and get hung up on.

We sent in a take out order 15 minutes prior to driving up to the store. Once we got in, the order was not ready nor was the worker even aware we put in an order. While waiting 20 minutes for the worker to complete our 2 sub order, another worker walked in the front door and announced ‘Welcome to the hell hole!’ With that, we will now be driving up to 120th Jimmy John’s. They have been on top of their orders and don’t announce to customers about hell holes.

Ordered online from JJs app. Didn't receive order and when I called said they said they did deliver and asked me "what do you want us to do?
Asked them to refund my money. Said it would take 3-5 business days. We'll see if that happens

What happened to freaky fast? I placed a prefer with the app; 30 minutes later I had to call the store and ask them to make the order. Had I known they were going to be that slow I would have just gone to $n@rfs across the street.

My wife and I ordered delivery, we live 0.3 miles away. There was only one of the two sandwiches in our order#27245301562867712.

I understand that it’s lunch time and that the employees are busy. I had called multiple times being told, “thanks for calling, placing you on a brief hold.”
Again, totally understandable. But placing someone on hold and never getting back to them for over 30 min is unacceptable.

After paying $4.27 in delivery fees and $5.06 as a tip, I had to drive into the store to correct my order. Had someone taken 1 min to talk to me and assure me that I can still get my sandwich, this whole thing could have gone differently and you’d be getting a 5 star review not a 1 star review. I am very grateful that the staff rushed my sandwich, but this whole ordeal made me miss a meeting at work. A very simple 1 minute conversation with a manager on duty over the phone could have changed this whole outcome instead of a 30 min wait on the phone just to drive in to correct my order anyway…. don’t just ignore customers on the phone please and thank you.

This place is terrible. I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches but absolutely terrible from this location. The bread is super super hard like days old. Try to customize by adding a few things….never get it.
