Worst place Ever! The made my sandwich wrong, i didnt see it was wrong untill i was back at work. I called asking them for a credit since my lunch was already over. They refused! She argued w/ me about what items comes on it, even though it is clearly written online. The lady also Rudely said i would have to go back to the store so she could remake it. Wouldn't want her boss to find out how many mistakes shes making or anything. I will Never Go back to this location!

So many troubles in one order. Unreal -Charged me twice -forgot to put meat or cheese in the sandwich -delivered an hour later. The sandwich was already smelling rotten -still waiting for refund for wrong charge And still waiting for credit for messing up the order

My boyfriend and I absolutely love the un witch, and everywhere makes it different. Ally and merina changed the game when they made some awesome suggestions and crafted the best unwitch we’ve ever had!! I have to say this by far our FAVORITE location because all the staff have the best vibes and just make better food compared to others. You guys are awesome, keep doing what you do!

Walked in and no one was around to take my order. One employee was grabbing ice and other was on a smoke break and came in and made my sandwich without washing his hands but did put on gloves.

Just came here to say that Joey is absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and I will not go to any other jimmy John’s after meeting this amazing person. He remembers our names, orders, and makes us feel so welcome and taken care of. We always get unwitches and he is the only person who ever makes it properly after going to jimmy John’s for years and having hundreds of your lettuce wraps. Give this man a raise! We love you Joey!!!

Came in for lunch. Store was filthy. Meat was just left on the slicer. Lady didn't change her gloves after touching her personal items and continued to make sandwiches after. We got cut in line and were in the store for a total of over 20 minutes waiting for 4 sandwiches. Disgusting and disappointing

I asked and payed for a regular 6 inch sandwich and they gave me a small sandwich. I even corrected the young worker who had his airpod in and I still got the small sandwich. One of the workers was looking at me the whole time I ordered like I was gonna steal something. Worst experience ever. Do better Jimmy John’s. Would not recommend if 0 stars was an option I would’ve chose it. The picture shows my sandwich compared to a water cup.

If you want to be treated with respect stay clear!! I ordered 2 combos the shift lead guy was at the register. He was already bent out of shape because I didn't use the number...?? I asked for a receipt and he said at the end of everything. So I get the receipt and think I was charged for my drinks that are included in the combo. So I go up and start to ask if drinks were included and he started in saying I won't argue with you we are too busy.. he handed me $6. I swear the rudest kid ever. I did go back up and tell him he was rude and asked for the manager who I found out was standing right next to him that whole time ..He said oh so now your trying to get me fired!! The manager said she did not have a problem that I got my money back. I was just floored. Never again.

Some assistant manager named "Bree" screamed at me for no apparent reason. Will never ever go this place. Just look at all of the bad reviews. Its apparent there is horrible management. And I'm a 51yo business owner myself.
