Some assistant manager named "Bree" screamed at me for no apparent reason. Will never ever go this place. Just look at all of the bad reviews. Its apparent there is horrible management. And I'm a 51yo business owner myself.

I have to say I don’t agree with all the bad reviews. I eat here every Sunday And the subs are amazing. I know it’s a chain, but this is the best Jimmy John’s that I’ve experienced as far as flavor, taste and service. Kudos to Master Sub Chef Andrea; thank you for the amazing service you always provide.. I don’t know what you do, Andrea, but your Freaky Fast subs are the best.

Had the best experience at this Jimmy John’s the girl that works there might be the manager or something there I always forget to ask her name she has a bun and always smiling she is the best always very sweet. I love how clean it is there to they do a very good job at this location 64th and Ward very proud costumer

This is for the location at 64th and ward Rd. I ordered a beach club sandwich and asked for extra avocado spread which is 1.25 extra. The sandwich already comes with some and I payed for extra. If you look at the photo you can tell there's nothing extra about it. There's barely enough to cover what's supposed to come with it.

Not sure what all the fuss js about but this place was good. Tastes the same as the other JJs. Good service as well. Our workforce is struggling. Try opening a small business and hiring people to do the basics. It’s very hard. My guess is they had a few bad employees. And or they were short staff at the time.

“Freaky Fast” delivery to a business in the same parking lot took 45 minutes. Had to call multiple times to find out what was going on, the “app and website we’re having problems”…this is the slowest and worst customer service location I’ve ever been to both for delivery AND in store. Avoid.
