This location made me wait more than 10 min just to order because they wanted to prioritize a catering order before any in store customers. The line was almost out the door. The employees didn’t say anything to me or even apologize for the wait time. I thought JJs was freaky fast…

I ordered on line I thought I was getting the deal I and I also I thought I a paid for a combo the drink and chips turn out I didn't pay for the drinks and didn't get the I got parochial by one employee said I need to pay for my drinks after I paid 27 dollars no longer need to go to guys very bad service and fast advertising

I was here 06/01/25 around 6pm and the gentleman working was a one man show! I didn’t catch his name, but he was crushing it and gave great customer service! Quite a few people came in at once and he was working on multiple online orders as well. He handled it all so gracefully, despite being the only person working and people having to wait. I work in service, so I know how frustrating it can be when the stores been vacant for a bit and then all of the sudden all the business hits at once. (Happens to the best of us lol) But he was amazing - all happy customers! He definitely deserves a raise, at the very least a shift meal!! ❤️

just not good. guy behind the register was nice enough but the sandwich slinger was rude and condescending. sandwich was poorly made and when I asked for something I was thrown a faul look.

placed order on their app and it was transferred to door dash because none of their drivers were available. Waited over 45 minutes and the status didn't change. Called to cancel and I got hung up on. Then they called me to tell me they finally have a delivery driver and asked if I still wanted to cancel my order. I told them yes and went somewhere else. Poor service.

Chris is the new general manager at this location and made our sandwiches. He works fast and always greets customers with a smile. We really enjoyed eating here with him in charge!

Sounds like the store is short drivers but the door dash delivered my order with the wrong sandwich and missing chips. When I called the store the staff was super nice and offered to have the GM run the correct order to me. He did, super quickly and it was very much appreciated since we order often from this store. That is amazing customer service. Thank you so much for being so kind and correcting the mistake. They even threw in some treats in the bag!

We walked in and straight away Chris Martinez greeted us and made us feel so welcomed. He helped me place my first order and couldn't be more helpful or nice. He was so nice and told us about an offer Jimmy John's had.
And when we got our sandwich it was so delicious.
While we were eating and the place was quiet Chris started cleaning the store. Just taking the initiative and making sure that the place is spotless for any customer that comes in.
He is such a good employee and I hope he gets to read this.
