Received entire wrong order...ordered new Caprese Salami, #10 Hunter's Club, 1 quartered pickle, 1 Red Velvet brownie. Received a sandwich labeled #9 (or 6), some kind of Slim sandwich that wasn't labeled, a bag of Salt & Vinegar chips, and a fudge brownie. Checked bag at delivery and, when realizing I had the wrong order, tried to flag down the driver, but the driver just kept backing out, then left. Called store, but only solution was "let me reach out to the driver", but I decided to just cancel instead. Rough night for the crew tonight.

Horrible experience with this location! The supposed manager “Jessica” said I was harassing them because I asked for a refund. Said my number was flagged in the system as a “scammer” and said she could not issue a refund and then rudely hung up on me. I am sure it’s hard to find decent people to work, but this woman who is the manager there is atrocious! The order was wrong, made incorrectly, it took 45 minutes to even receive my order and when I got it there were missing items. Not to mention I watched the driver sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes before he even called to see if the address I listed was correct. Wish I never gave him $5 cash tip. I would give this location 0 stars if I could! Horrible food and even worse service! Order from a different location cause this one sucks! Incompetence runs high at this one.

Great location, highly recommend! This shop has the most friendly staff, food is always perfect & very fast. The Gargantuan is great if you're super hungry or to split with a friend (or 2). The one time I've ever had an issue, they worked it out in the best way with kindness! Easily accessible off of Wadsworth & I-70, a perfect stop before heading to the hills. Tip generously, they deserve it!Vegetarian options: You could definitely get a veggie heavy sandwich here. There isn't tofu or anything though, lol.Parking: Huge parking lot

This store is a hot mess. They can't be bothered to put an order away, it's sitting in the dining room taking up space. My order was absolutely wrong because they aren't willing to read the order ticket. I hadn't been to a Jimmy John's in years and I appreciate the reminder of why I stopped going in the first place.Dietary restrictions: They don't pay attention to requests. For me, it's irritating and makes my sandwich gross, but I don't have an allergy. It seems like a dangerous place to eat if you have allergies.

This place is not “Freaky Fast” when I began ordering from this store years ago it was excellent but in the past year it’s consistently taken over an hour to get my order delivered and I live five minutes away. I would not leave a review like this if it were just once or twice. It is a consistent problem. Wish they could get it together.

My sandwich was rotten! I mean extremely awful. It literally tasted like BO and smelled like weed.Either something was very expired or one of the staff's hygiene issues got all over my food ?. I spit out my 3rd bite (once I got past the bread end and into the sandwich) and threw the rest in the trash (pic for proof). Yes, it was that bad!I ignored the 3-star review for this location ... wish I hadn't ?. I thought to myself, all Jimmy John's have to be similar right? No, no they are not.Also, the staff was acted like they were grumpy I even walked in the door. Once the sandwich was made I said "thanks"... nothing ... I thought they didn't hear me so I said it again "thanks for the sandwich" ... nothing ... ice cold atmosphere. Nothing that I would have written a bad review for originally, but now that I tried the "food" ...
