This is my first time here and I will be back. I can see why they are still in business after all these years. This was my first time going here and I called in the order for pick up and the person who answered the phone was so friendly and so helpful. The atmosphere itself is quaint and in the old-timey diner style. For the burger itself they give you the choice of a 4 inch or a 6 inch smash and The Onion rings are delicious and Sweet

Loved the prices, vibe, and portion sizes. 50’s diner vibe. The food was decent. No frills, huge burger patties. My only issue is that my burger, grilled cheese, and sausage beef sandwiches were all cold and dry. I ordered, they cooked on the spot, and I ate it immediately. Not sure why it was cold and dry. I even added red chili and it felt like it was all lumped in the immediate center of a giant burger instead of spread around. I’ll definitely be back and bring friends to check it out. For these amazing prices you can’t be too fussy. But the little things could make it way better.

Jim's is always a good meal, in a clean restaurant, service isn't as friendly as they used to be, but the food makes up for sleepy attitudes.

Absolutely awful first time experience. I've been wanting to try this burger place for a few months and finally got the chance to. I came in around 7pm and the lady with the pink hair helped take my order. She was very kind and helped me quickly. I waited for a bit and then another person behind the pick up counter called my number. I went up and tried to have literally any kind of interaction with this person. I tried to ask if that was everything and waited for my drinks. No response. Then I asked for a drink carrier, they went for the new stack, then decided to grab the broken one off the counter, shoved my drinks in, and walk away. I even said thank you multiple times and I did not hear ONE single word after my number was called. Not only that but I paid $35 for my order, I did not get the ranch I was asked about at the ordering counter, I was also missing the fries for one of my combos. The burger really wasn't well put together as the bottom bun was so soggy it fell apart in my hands. I am so disappointed by this experience and I will not be returning.

Came in at 7:05 and was immediately told without a greeting that they are no longer doing dine-in meals even though they still had a bunch of people eating at the tables The girl was not friendly at all at the cashier she actually seemed very annoyed that we were there. And then I ordered a triple cheeseburger was charged for it and only received a double I asked for no onions they're still with onions and by the time I got home to eat it was completely soggy was missing the ranch for the cheese curds I got two and a half onion rings with my jimmies... Super big let down there today! I definitely won't be back I would rather go to In-N-Out
