So this is twice that I have been to this KFC. The food's great. Don't get me wrong. Well as good as KFC can be. However using the drive-thru when I ordered four-piece meals they always give me three pieces. They never give me four. But if I get anything else they're great. Like they never forget any of my sides. They never forget anything like that. They just don't know how to count.

Me and my wife went through the drive through. It took some time but this is okay. We purchased 2 big box meals one was 3 piece dark meat and large potatoes the other was 5 piece tenders and larger potatoes both with gravy with root bears cost $33.
My meal had 2 pieces not 3 one breast and not sure how to describe the leg and wing other than it was smaller than my thumb.
My wife’s meal was not sieved in a big box the tenders where like rubber and not eatable both drinks where only 3/4 full
Potato’s where okay just been sitting there to long maybe
I have been living a few blocks away from this KFC and eating there for 28 years. The past several times my orders have been wrong or cold.

The moment I came inside I was greeted with a friendly smile and greeting by the cashier which I dont get often from fast food restaraunts. The tables were all clean the food there was immaculate and may I say very fresh. The 8 piece darkmeat deal on Tuesdays is an absolute steal! I had a very good time there and props to the manager Jessica for showing me a better deal that saved me money on my 8 piece meal as well as well as the rest of the crew for getting my meal out in a timely manner during what looked like rush hour. A gentleman with blue/green hair I believe his name was Forest had checked in on how our food and experience was at our table and even walked to our table to give us a few extra wares. Truly an amazing experience here 10/10 ?
They refuse to accept delivery orders, I have placed the same delivery order 3 days in a row , all they do is cancel the order and keep canceling the order until they eventually close their delivery options , I wouldn't even be placing the order if it wasn't for the coupon they had posted on Uber eats, if they don't want to honor their coupons they should not be on there

First time here and ordered the honey sriracha chicken sandwich. It is crispy on the outside yet tender inside. Flavor was good but I wished it was more spicy. Maybe you can add an option for how spicy you want it??
Pretty good place! A bit sad that the tenders are original recipe now, but that’s not the store’s fault. Staff is awesome!

I went through the drive through and asked for a big box with a classic sandwich no pickles, some fries, and some kfc sauce I got a sandwich with pickles, no sauce, and mashed potatoes with gravy, and the blue haired guy handed me a bag with some weird black stuff all over it I get mistakes happen but when there's only 1 customer including counting the inside it's clearly just a lack of caring about the service.
