When you order and say a large drink and fries you get a medium drink and fries. It's like they don't hear on purpose. So you get what they want you to have not what you order! People need to clean out there ears so they can hear what people are ordering so they don't mess the order up. Know wonder why they have a 3.5 star rating 🤔

Went through drive through and ordered eight piece crispy chicken meal, drove up to pay...were told system crashed and they asked for my card again, I was told my card would NOT be charged twice...it was!!! Didn't get crispy, biscuits were so hard we threw them away!!

I don't know why we bother to go out anymore. Nowhere serves good food and they don't even care about it. And this place is no exception. The food was cold and stale. The KFC bowl was cold. It only had 3 stale pieces of chicken and the Taco Bell street tacos were so tough and hard. It was unedible. Why bother anymore. Places keep starving up this crap and we keep going back. We'll I will NEVER go back to this location. And it's not just KFC it's everywhere. Other places are no exception to the rule.

Whoever is taking the orders shouldn't be .. too much chatting with coworkers and not listening to the orders ... Didn't add what I asked for and wanted to give me the wrong drink.

Ordered a meal through the KFC app to pick up at 1130pm at 9pm. Told my wife I would make an order and pick it up on my way home after work. Got off at 11pm drove over and was told they can not make my order since they don't make kfc pay 11pm... I then asked if they could cancel my order so I could go get food elsewhere and was told to cancel it through app. The app only had a chatbot which when asked to cancel the order it mentions to attempt canceling from the app or website, which both did the same thing. Told me to cancel the order on the app/website. I tried calling them begging to just cancel the order or give me my money so that I could go get food elsewhere and was told there was nothing he could do. I asked if I could talk to a store manager or the franchise owner and was told there was no way for him to return the money I spent trying to get food at their establishment. This is highly infuriating as we typically like stopping here to enjoy a bit of both kfc and taco bell. It's the end of the night I have no food for my family and I am out $60. I am very upset and hungry. I honestly can't believe how this happened and there is no way to resolve this issue
This place is the bomb! And open from 10AM to Midnight..it is awesome! The food is superb and hot always. I have never had a bad order and the counter and kitchen staff and all so friendly, and accommodating, bright and personable and do their job with a warm smile to greet you. It is the best chicken in America, a well loved American tradition and their sides and everything is wonderful. They have pastry and cakes too! And taco menu is superb and off the charts tasty! Meanwhile the prices are very decent for what you get. Look out for the different day specials too like Wednesday for chicken fried steak! Their soda machines are so clean and the whole place shines with cleanliness. A+++++++ And that rating is from a grouchy old hard to please lady.;) So well done Arvada KFC and the tacos is the best too!! Try it and it's family friendly too. No matter how busy they get, the smiles and service are there.

Kfc was good but somethime the chicken was dry not easy to chew becuase set in the .warmer to long now its closed permantly they should put a long john silvers there becuase there are none in arvada or westminster anymore .
