I really like to come here with my son after his school. It's a family friendly atmosphere and the staffs are super nice. Especially Kayla has been always very kind and helpful to us. She helped my son several times on ordering the food and always listened to us if there is any concern. The staffs and their services made us a regular customer to this place.

Ordered a delivery and received undercooked, cold and seemed to have been left under a heat lamp for several hours. The outside was warm but the inside was cold and still pink. After complaining about getting food poisoning we received a credit of a few dollars for two meals that were over $30. How sad

HacAn hour I bought 12 pieces of chicken, with their respective 3 sides, but I think it’s in very bad taste that I repeated to the cashier 3 times that I wanted french fries, and she came to my house and checked my order and there is mashed potatoes, when I repeated to the cashier 3 times I want fries, to the cashiers or cashiers, she should make sure of the order they are packing because today it happened to me, tomorrow it can happen to another customer and then they complain about the clientele, when the seller is not sure of what he Is packing his client easily they would have told me. There isn’t and preferably I would have gone to another place where if they had offered me good attention, and more security to what I am demanding. Thank you

The manager got really mad that I paid using a $50 bill and made the interaction awkward for both me and the cashier. He was mad because the cashier had to ask him to break the $50 bill. Also I found a small ball of string in my fries, kind of like the one you would find in the dryer. Never going back here again.

Ordered dinner for the family at about 645pm on a Sunday evening. We were missing two cheese rolls ups (unfortunately for the toddler). The Mexican pizza as shown in the picture was smashed at the bottom of the bag and the chicken quesadilla was sauce and tortilla, very small amount of cheese. Very disappointed as I spent $34 couldn't eat the quesadilla and still had to feed my toddler at home. Oh and they never gave me a receipt so not much I can do about it.
Kayla was terrific and helpful. Unfortunately this location is not on the Taco Bell app! She made it okay. Best service I’ve had at this location ever.

I pulled up to this Kentucky fried chicken this evening on August 5 to get some food for takeout. Their systems were down when I arrived and they said they could only take cash only I was only needing three side dishes, large mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and macaroni and cheese. I had $17 in cash on me at the time and that was all my total came to $17.76. I told them I only had $17 and they told me too bad if I didn’t have the $.76 they could not give me the extra side dish. The manager was a female and she was extremely rude and yelled at me when I said are you serious? Can you just offer the discount since this isn’t an inconvenience and it’s your systems that are down and she yelled at me and said no and I said you would rather lose a sale than $.76 and she said Yep this is the customer service and the people that work there are extremely rude and the management is horrible.
Management yelled at me in front of my six-year-old daughter, even though I had never raised my voice at her.
I have worked in customer service all my life and I would never treat a customer like this also during a sale if my systems were down or it was an error on my behalf, I would accept a discount and that would be what would happen because it is our inconvenience not their inconvenience And any bit of a sale is better than no sale at all.
I will never go back to that Kentucky fried chicken and support that business owner ever again because of how rude and disrespectful they were in front of my six-year-old child.
The gentleman behind me offered me a dollar so I could get the three side dishes to go with our dinner that night. The kindness of strangers and not business owners is absolutely disgusting.
I will be making this review public on yelp and every other form that I can because the management and the customer service at the Kentucky for a check off of Ralston your independence is horrible and the people there are rude and disrespectful.

Meh. KFC just isn’t what it used to be. I hadn’t been to one in a long time and had a hankering for some fried chicken. Ended up with a sandwich which was mediocre at best.
