$60 for a 16 piece meal that is supposed to feed 7-8 people and I get the smallest chicken I have ever seen from a chicken place! Who exactly are you feeding with this? Maybe a few children. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Food is tasty!! Never went inside the store but outside looking in it can use some cleaning. Never had an issue with quality of food it was tasty. And staff seem pretty decent. It gets really busy here.

Used the drive thru & as is the norm anymore (at least the last 3 visits), the order was not correct. I haven't decided if it's a scam by the owner to save money by not giving what the customers pay extra for or the employees don't know how to identify their own chicken. Or they just don't give a crap. Whatever the reason, it's tiresome.

Not sure why a vegan is working at kfc but she couldn't even understand the difference between tenders and regular chicken messed up a simple order
Sent my grandson here for an 8pc dinner. They tell him there's not 2 breasts. They sub a wing. No sauces, no plates, no butter or honey for their biscuits (which are always dried out). This place is getting worse than it was. Better off going to King Soopers for the same dinner for 14.99(now) instead of 24.99And they give Hawaiian biscuits which are fresher tasting.

I ordered my food an with When the order came out I asked for a side of spicy ranch and didn’t want to put another charge on my card just for the side of sauce that I asked for originally… so he grabbed the food from my hands and threw it away and gave me a refund. He RUDELY threw away 7 dollars worth of food instead of JUST giving me a side of ranch. And when I asked for his name and a receipt for the refund he wouldn’t tell me or give it to me. THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL NEVER visit this location again. DEVIN SMATHERS NEEDS TO BE FIRED OR REVIEWED FOR QUALITY CONTROL IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, definitely should not be a manager.. he is pathetic

Went here on March 22nd 2023 @ 3pm. We got the 8 piece meal, was very expensive, and the breast pieces looked more like thighs!! My breast piece was skimpy as hell! And the wing pieces didn't have any meat. The mashers, coleslaw and biscuits was good. But definitely not worth the price for what you get. Will not be back and chicken wasn't fresh either.
