I have been here a few times now before 6pm so before the dinner rush or and you are out of items and the bread to make sandwiches. I would assume you make bread there as you are a bakery. I would suggest you get your counts and orders right so this doesn't constantly happen. The next time I go if you're out of what I want I will not be going again. It's annoying to drive there and not be able to get food. And today I couldn't even figure out what the guy was saying as to what you did have. I just left. Bad business. Food is good, WHEN you have it.

I have bought the new chocolate chocolate cookies twice at the Kneaders in Spanish Fork. These are great cookies. When I bite into these, I get several flavors that all go together well. I am not sure of all the ingredients but the chocolate cookie is delicious and I think there are nuts maybe and maybe chips of vanilla and chocolate. Altogether, these are very lovely to taste. Thanks Kneaders. I co also regular buy their sour dough bread which I love.

I spent 40 minutes in your location at Gilbert and baseline. We ordered 2 half sandwiches and soups and we still have not received our food. Your service at this location is atrocious and it can only be indicative of customer service across your operation. I cannot in good conscience recommend Kneaders nor continue to patronize a restaurant with such poor service as we experienced.

We are regulars at Kneaders and stopped this morning for breakfast. Normally the coffee is great, but this morning it was terrible, very weak. We told the staff and were told that the GM recently instructed them to start using only 1 bag of coffee instead of 2. The food was great as usual and the staff were great also, but we won't be coming back until the coffee is fixed.

Last 3 orders have been wrong. I order a club no turkey with extra kneaders sauce on focaccia bread. No extra kneaders sauce on my sandwiches. Barely any on. Just a slab in middle thats it. One sandwich had avo on it. Another one was made as is on the menu. No specials. Its not that hard. I will no longer be going to this location. 3x in a row different days and different times. Its frustrating now.
A favorite go-to for fresh comfort food and treats. I've never gone wrong with their salads, soups or sandwiches.

The worse experience we have had In a longest time. Never dine in here during holidays. We arrived at 530pm and the were out of almost 80% of their menu items ( The operation hours says they close 9pm). My daughter ask for slice of cake but they said they can't sell us by slice unless we buy the whole pie!! An elderly couple in front of us left dissapointed who came to enjoy just cake and coffee. We asked for panini but they said they didn't have any bread and offered the sandwich in croissant only.The cashier was continously telling every single customer " sorry, sorry" we have been busy. We couldn't find a a manger on duty during one of the busiest time of their season!!! We decided to Order anyway since the kids were hungry. When we sat down and I looked at the receipt I saw the 2 upcharge for 2 croissant which did not make sense since they were out of all other kind of breads. When I asked the cashier why the upcharge ? she said sorry , croissant is Upgraded charge since we don't have panini or bread. That really made us realize this staff is not trained and they have no clu of little hospitality! That's why I am writing this review to let their district manager or upper management know to staff up and have a proper better training and planning during peak season making sure this kind of experience doesn't happen to other customers. Atleast have some kind of manager on duty who can resolve issues.
