After reading the last salad review on here, I hope they cooked the chicken I just ate right. I guess we'll see. I ordered the bbq salad, with croutons. Croutons weren't very good. Also they didn't give me the extra ranch I ordered. Also there was no bbq sauce on the chicken. I wish I could've ordered something else. Their sandwiches seem more appetizing.

OK I hate writing negative complaints but I just started going to kneaders and love the atmosphere and food but... I ordered a large Chicken thai salad on Saturday evening( $14.99 salad) the salad was wilted, no chicken, so disappointed ? I thought I would call and complain and was offered a loaf of bread??? Really disappointed!!!

i ordered an egg and cheese sandwich. it came with no mayo or mustard or any condiments. it was dry and tasteless. i also ordered the avocado veggie sandwich. it had one slice of avocado per side. i won't be going back. they can keep their overpriced food.

This used to be my favorite place for lunch but they have really gone downhill. Portions went down, price went up, service quality has declined. I used to be able to split a whole sandwich with my husband but they are now too small. This last time I got a measly portion of bread pudding with no vanilla sauce. It was a takeout order so I didn’t notice until I got home. They never asked for my rewards number. I waited over 10 minutes for my takeout order to be ready. So disappointed in the overall decline of this place.

Now I remember why I haven't visited Kneaders on some time$20.00 for a tuna melt where the cheese was only partially melted on the edges & none in the middle where the tuna was cold. Iced Chai latte had no flavor & looked like cream colored milk. There desserts were always really good but even my brownie wasn't as good as in the past.
The turkey, bacon, Avocado is delicious. I get mine with croissant instead of the focaccia.

Waited in line for 4 min while employees talk amongst themselves, when the guy behind the register decides to take our order he was mumbling profanities under his breath and there was no greeting just a blank stare like "what do you want!?" anyways.. ordered a hot americano and a cafe mocha. We waited for 20 min and they haven't even started to make our drinks... Its not busy at all... if it was I would understand. The employees need to be retrained, the customer service is terrible and the drinks were subpar.

Lunch on 12/28. Front person, very grumpy. There was a man waiting in the bread area, I told her he was here first, she snapped at me and said he's waiting for an order. Didn't ask me what bread I wanted with my salad. Food was ok. Each time I order the cranberry turkey salad, less and less turkey comes. Same person emptied trash and left a big liquid spill on the floor. Taking care of my trash, the basket from my salad had old food on it. I saw other baskets, they did too. Absolutely gross!
