Was here for the first time Friday, and while the food was good the main pro I noticed was how exceptional the wait staff is at customer service. Both waiters patiently attended our tables with kindness and expediency. Good customer service is a dying breed so thank you to them, and their prices are great! Thoroughly recommend Kokoro for this reason alone.

The kitchen area was not clean....and the waiters(I don't mind anybodys choice of fashion) but the gentleman with the painted nails..he just kept picking at his face and helping customers with food and drinks. It just turned me off

We went through the drive-thru. We got all of the onigiri, and they were the best we’ve had in Denver, including from grocery stores and pop-ups. Well-seasoned with warm + sticky rice. It’s great there is a vegetarian option as well, and it’s the best umeboshi I’ve had here!They also have bowls (some with bland steamed veggies), sushi, ramen, etc.The main problem is we live near Denver downtown so it’s not close enough grrr lol.Vegetarian options: There is one umeboshi onigiri, tofu appetizer, edamame, a sad-looking veggie bowl, sobaghetti, udon, 2 veg sushi, tempura, and a few desserts.Parking: There is also a drive-thru.

28 dollars for a bowl of three pieces of chicken sliced then. That's it!! I had to add seasonings to it when I got home. 28 dollars!! No drink no reach around nothing.
Had the Chicken and beef bowl, with udon noodles and the Chicken Katsu, it was ok. I expected more flavor. The Katsu was crispy but a bit dry, nothing a pound of teriyaki sauce couldn't fix. Loved Thay teriyaki sauce!

We went to grab dinner kokoros used to be my favorite place I love their gyozas. We ordered my husband ordered extra chicken. He was charged $8 extra but no extra meat. There was 3 little slices of chicken. The lady was rude when we asked for more ginger. I'll make the drive to the Denver location. The Arvada location trash. It smelled awful.? The service was horrible and the food was cold. ??
