I got a spring fling cake, the outside was really nice but the actual bread was super dry and hard to eat, I’m so disappointed since it only had good reviews and for the price I paid, I was expecting something better, I usually don’t complain but the cake didn’t have no moist at all and it was hard to slice it without it falling apart

I ordered the Spring Fling, but it was quite dry and the flavor was disappointing compared to the original Spring Fling from The Market. It's stated that their baker is the same baker from The Market prior to its closure.
I do appreciate the very detailed instructions, but daunting at the same time, on their website but I wish they also include instructions on how to find the bakery or how to reach them. When I showed up to the address, it was so hard to find the bakery since there's no store front and no phone number listed so it was very confusing. There's a TEENY, tiny little sign in the back with their name on it but when I knocked, no one answered. There's no doorbell. I stood out there for about 30 minutes figuring out how to reach them and thought about giving up but then decided to bang on their door really loud until someone answered. I felt very unwelcomed as a customer. The baker was very nice when she greeted me and apologized since she didn't hear the knock but at that point, I was too upset to even take the offer to save their phone number.

This is the best keept secret ever! Ms. Lala, I think that's her name was super sweet, and I was soooo late picking up my spring fling cake, but I called her, and she was kind and forgiving. With a small extra fee even waiting for me to come. People, if you remember The Market downtown that closed? We'll she has the sauce to be the boss. This cake was to die for simply AMAZING experience ? Oh I can cut cake well, lol.

I ordered a spring fling. My confirmation had 2 different pick up addresses in the email which was super confusing. Overall the cake was dry I probably will never order from Lala’s bakery again.

So the person who calls to confirm that your cake is done calls in to work..no other employees can make the call to u and let u know?? so u have call lalas bakery YOURSELF??? and be told the person who usually calls to confirm called in?? do better???? barely made it in time to pick the cake up since no employees called me to let me know the cake was ready i got there right before closing too
