The subs were tasty but the service was not as great. The cashier was trying her best and that was appreciated. But the person who made my tuna melt, made it wrong and the cashier had to remake it. The gentleman who was making my sandwiches needs a belt for christmas or something because I would see too much of his downstairs back half. I would love to some improvement from the owner on staff expectations.

I came in to the shop. In my wheelchair with my service dog on my lap. Young lady It told me that they don't allow dogs in the restaurant. Which is understandable. However the dog is my service animal. She asked me what service he provided and I told her. She's told me that she didn't believe me. Its interesting she did this after I ordered my sandwichs. She did mention that if the dog was good he could stay this time. I told her he does not leave my lap. Paid for my order and then moved away from the counter so other customers could be served. She must have forgot what she told me. He told me that she would bring the order outdoors to me. So I left She brought them to me. She was wrong, I am a local and I have been in the restaurant before with my service dog. I have not had any trouble with any of the other merchants.And this includes restaurants in the Old Town.Are that area.In fact I don't have any trouble with any restaurant owner in the metro for area. So i'm going to leave bad reviews. However. I will be back when there are large events in Old Town. I am going Be on the side walk and I wil be talking to people walking in. Encouraging them not to eat there. I will be with my service dog. I'm well known in Arvada. Area.BTW your sandwiches are great. @everyone Needs to know.

I'm disabled chair the clerk told me that they don't allow dogs. I said he is a Service dog. She asked me what service he provided. I told her she didn't bleave me. Told me to leave.

These sandwiches are delicious. The meat is finely chopped and the freshest ingredients. We had ham and Swiss and turkey bacon

Got it delivered. missing sandiwches, "hot" sandwiches are cold. no toasted bread, no melted cheese no warm meat. Ingredients missing.
