Lot 1 is fabulous. The pop up tasting for the new restaurant Agave Blue was superb. The ability to taste what the new restaurant will offer was truly an experience. (The new restaurant will open 2nd week of January 2026). The guacamole was wonderful, and unusual in my experience. It had feta, pepitas, cranberries and jalanpenos. The appetizer was a form of chile rellenos I have not had and the sauce again, was a taste delight. For an entree, I chose the sweet corn enchiladas. There was a side of white rice and corn, and black beans. Again, the quality was excellent, the flavors in the sauce were subtle, sweet and a bit spicey and all around fabulous. I chose as a cocktail the cantanita with tequilla blanco grapefruit. Outstanding. The meal was unlike a mexican meal I have had certainly in Colorado, and even in Calif. Highly recommend.

The food, sadly, was pretty mediocre. The BBQ had burnt ends that were just pieces of brisket the were just burnt. The pork medallions were tasteless. Their tomato bisque wasn't too great either.

Lot One is always one of our favorite places to go. We celebrated my husband‘s birthday and they treated us very well and the food as always was delicious. Everyone was very attentive, including servers managers and bus boys.

Two of us ordered the lobster ravioli special. We both could not find any evidence that it was more than just cheese ravioli. We told the manager when he stopped by and he just said it's in there and walked away. I would have expected more concern about your experience than that. Two of us ordered the BBQ and it was apparently dry and disappointing. The cocktails were good and the waiter was attentive but honestly it's the food that leaves the only impression that matters and it was the opposite of good.
Delicious food. Service was fine, they were busy and wait staff didn't inquire about our food. I had jalapeño burger with chicken breast, very good. Dining companion had the salmon special, also yummy. Solid place for dinner.

Great food, drinks and service! We love this neighborhood hot spot! The smoked wings are delicious. The Glory Bowl is fantastic. The meatloaf is a comfort. And the Tots! Man! They can't be beat!

This was our first time at brunch and it was delicious. The hostess responded to our request of where we wanted to sit. Everyone enjoyed their meals (chicken and waffles, BLAT, tater tot skillet), but the biscuits and gravy was a clear favorite. Our server, Alfredo, was very friendly and the service was very attentive. Will definitely be back!
