My go to favorite restaurant in the Denver Metro area. Exceptional service, lively fun atmosphere and the food is amazing. From their contemporary offerings to their high class cuisine to their in house bbq/smoked meats. This is a favorite for date nights, outings with friends, and a place to take the entire family.

Great food options and service. Lots of good menu options + you can order excellent BBQ from next door's Lot-Q takeout. Owner was engaging and thoughtful. We will go back whenever we are in the area.
I like it. They deliver to expectations

I loved the asparagus soup, deviled eggs, and BBQ sandwich. I also enjoyed the mocktail I ordered. Only wish I had saved some room for dessert! Great menu, great service.

Since discovering Lot One, it has become a favorite that we visit every few months. They offer a fantastic menu filled with hearty, healthy, and smoky options. I especially enjoy the creative spicy balsamic sauce on the smoked wings. You really can't go wrong with their other appetizers either. They have many great salad choices, but for me, the BBQ is the way to go unless some items have been 86'd. On our latest visit, we tried the Brulee Grapefruit — I wish it had been cut before they bruleed the sugar on top. The Lot One French Toast must have been delicious since I usually end up eating my wife's leftovers, but not this time. The Tater Tot-A-Palooza skillet was fantastic; as a tater tot lover, it really hit the spot. I chose the bacon toppings, though the sausage gravy also sounds tempting. It's all about not overdoing it. The service was quick and attentive, not leaving us hanging for too long, yet also allowing us to enjoy our meal.
I like the place but feel the need to let others know what to expect. They do not have thier barbecue menu available all time. Seems random, which is nowhere mentioned on their website or when making an online reservation. I cannot reach anyone by phone and answering system does not accept messages. Often drinks from the bar come after the appetizers arrive. Several times they were just forgot about. We have even encountered days when the business was closed to the public for private events, which is great for them but not so much for those of us who'd like to come in for brunch and find a closed sign on the door. I am all about supporting our local business owners but consistency is such a important factor when deciding to return.

Good selection. They do their own barbeque. My fried chicken sandwich was yummy and they serve a generous portion.

Lot One is a total gem—great food, impeccable service, and an amazing atmosphere. You can feel the care in every detail. Highly recommend.
Experienced a lovely dinner on NYE with friends. With dishes like pork medallions, beet salads, tacos, and fried chicken sandwiches- we were more than happy! Lot One never disappoints. Thank you again for superior food and service!
We came here for a birthday dinner with family. We live somewhat close, but had never been here. No complaints. The food was really good, and the service was great. Pricing was average for the area and food quality. We will be back.
