Food was not good. Staff is very friendly but probably overworked and completely under appreciated. Owner is a complete clown. Tried to reach out a couple of times in regards to an extremely poor meal that we had there a couple of weeks ago. Staff was great and went out of their way to try make it right but had their hands tied by the owner who refused to do anything about it and seemed to go out of her way to make the situation worse.

First they tried to sit us in a back overflow room which was cold in atmosphere and heat. Then we ended up in another back room with no windows, very dim and sad. The bar looked lively so if you go only sit in the bar. They have a fireplace without a fire. We asked for boxes assuming our check would follow, we finally put our credit card on the table.

Terrible food, dishes weren't clean, silverware wasn't clean, much of the food had a spoiled smell. I was there for the Sunday buffet. Normal food service might be better, but basic problems with cleanliness and food quality don't go away.It really was disgusting. If I wasn't with a group of other people I would have walked out. I'll never go back. It seems strange that this place has so many 5 star reviews. I could understand people thinking that it's not disgusting, but thinking it's 5 stars?? Seems suspicious.

Really like this place. Previously had only been there for lunch but came for dinner this time to try the prime rib. Waitress was super friendly & attentive. Prime rib, sides & dessert were very great. I also recommend the Chile Rellanos which rock.

I really want to love this place because the atmosphere is awesome and it's really busy but you can tell all the food is frozen or leftover. Nothing fresh. My son's chicken nuggets are literally the Dino nuggets from king soopers that I make him ar home. The fries were cold. My Cuban looked like slop and old meat. Waffle fries were hard and stuck together. I sent it back for a side salad with an old onion and supposed home-made blue cheese dressing that tastes like ranch. Our nachos looked like dog food. I think because there are a million things to choose from on their menu Nothing is made fresh. My cooking at home is 10 times better. I love the choices they have but it's just thrown together with no care. You can absolutely tell there is no quality control

The best breakfast buffet Sundays 9-12. The eggs Benedict are perfectly cooked, fresh fruit, shrimp, and the best omelet cook (he seriously nails it everytime). We love it here.
