Ordered a double hamburger *no cheese* and plain and two number one combos on 11/19/25 at 11:30am. Simple enough. We got a double cheeseburger with FOUR pieces of cheese and were missing one of our combos altogether. It was a simple order - what the heck?? We are down $15 because of their idiocy. Seems like the staff at this location can make fries and put lids on sodas and anything more is just too difficult for them to manage.

Legit waited for 20 minutes in the pull up togo parking lot one day and they couldn’t find which order was mine since they gave it out to someone else so when they took my receipt and remade my stuff they gave me a xtra small fry

McDonald's doesn't have the best employees known to man. But this McDonald's is special. The longest wait, getting orders wrong, horrible communication. I've been here multiple times out of necessity, and it has never been simple. It really is amazing. 10/10

Staff puts order all the way through to complete before it's even being prepped so the times can look better and the management can look better but it's only lowering the quality of experience and respect for customers

Sat in the drive through fifteen minutes and have now been sitting in a reserved parking spot for about fifteen additional minutes for an online mobile order. Didn't realize took half an hour to get two hash browns in a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

Worst service ever. Tried to tell me that what I got wad standard on a large frappe. Girl at the payment window was on her phone sat at the speaker for 10 minutes because of it. Staff having a great time but Scrappy customer service. Bring the all male crew back.
It McDonald's. The food NEVER look like the advertised pictures. Looks amazing on the board but what you get is a disappointment. Especially for their inflated prices. My friend comes to visit me from downtown Denver to Arvada and we visit and eat here several times a month. The service is ALWAYS pleasant and helpful! Delightful staff at the 80th and Wadsworth location! The store is clean too. If you like McDonald's and you don't care that the food is meh for a lot of cash then this is a great location because of the staff. They get the orders right nothing is ever missing or wrong. I can recommend!
