Me and my boyfriend came to this mcdonalds and ordered a 40 piece nugget and 2 fries. We normally come to this mcdonalds and it's usually good but today I was eating my fries when I noticed I couldn't chew one of them. I spit it out and there was small pieces of plastic all up in it. I'm not sure if I ate any plastic in any of the other fries considering I was pretty much finished eating them. I know that this is most likely a production error from whoever they get their shipments from and not on the employees of mcdonalds but it really made me nauseous to think I might have eaten more plastic than what I found. I work food service so I'm pretty understanding if there's a hair or something but plastic just really hits me the wrong way. The employees here are amazing and i dont want to make a big issue of it, I just want to make you guys aware incase there's anything you guys need to do.

Made a mobile order and half of the food was left out. Went right back to let them know and they were argumentative and at first refused to correct the order. They also insisted on going back through the bag putting their dirty hands on all of the food and then handed it back.

I am not much of a McDonald’s fan, but we went there so my daughter could play. Some, maybe most, neighborhoods with a McDonald’s Play Place often include kids that scream, high and loud. My ears are still ringing. The workers are polite enough, but can tell they are not necessarily happy. Food was okay, or at least so says my daughter.

It’s obvious by the quality of the food that this location has absolutely no pride in the work that they do. Disgusting dried out burnt burgers with no toppings. Overcooked nuggets. My god everything‘s on a timer. It’s not that hard really.

I went In today for drive thru. Not only was the service worker was rude. I asked for ketchup, salt, and a side of Big Mac sauce. They were going to charge me $75 for the sauce. Well I received two ketchups one salt and a squirt of sauce for a large fry. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Also once I did get home which I only live 3 minutes away. My food was cold. My fry’s were cold and very hard. And the burger was cold and bun soggy. Come on guys I am not trying to collect your sauces. I just wanted to use it on the food I purchased which ended up gross I have pictures.
I ordered a breakfast order via the app this morning. When I arrived at the drive thru, the kid practically threw my bag at me, and slammed the window. After I got home, the order was incorrect, and wrong in a way that one item couldn’t even be eaten due to dietary needs. I can tolerate a mistake, but the young guy at the window needs to be coached on how to perform good customer service. I’ll rethink visiting McDonald’s ever again.
They made my burger incorrectly the first time, and when it was remade I found a bit of bone in the patty. The chicken sandwich also had a part that tasted off and was off coloured.
For those that are interested, there is no drive thru window, just a pickup spot, and the play place has just two slides.
Parking: Parking backs into the drive thru lane so it isn't very safe

This place is definitely a cut above. New owner? New manager? Every table has flowers. The dining room is immaculate. I saw a guy RUN a bag of food out to a car. When he came in he straightened chairs in the dining room on his way back to the kitchen! Another young man very nicely helped me with the ap. McDonald's is that you?
