I was served old food and another customer an older lady was not served all of her items and we waited for help and when both orders were corrected she was given a free pie and I got my food thrown onto the counter discrimination at it's finest

Waited almost ten minutes and the fries were cold. Poor management told me they were waiting for the chicken stripe that I didn't order.

This location disabled the option to order water at the self-serve kiosk. Given this is an option at every other McDonald's, it seems like a deliberately anti-homeless procedure and I don't appreciate that. They are human too, why cut them off from a basic necessity?

you know those days when everything goes wrong.. well, I was having that day, and my kids were hungry, so we stopped here.. and glad we did.. Matt, one of the employees working.. He probably won't ever know how he changed the day for us.. he is really something special and I hope they know that!

Although the doors are still open on which side, the drive tru says it is closed and they do not provide service, in addition the schedule says it is until 11, it is 8 pm

Every time I come here I have to pull over and wait they never have anything ready!! I could be one item and you still have to pull over and wait. Fast food is a lie. Also the app let's you order ahead of time but you still have to wait!?
Two people waited about 10 minutes to get their order taken, manager kept coming over to give mobile orders out and still cpuld not take anyone ones order. They dont even ask you if you need any condiments..

The girl that wears the hamburglar costume is so sweet and super nice when I come in, she deserves the biggest raise.
