This location disabled the option to order water at the self-serve kiosk. Given this is an option at every other McDonald's, it seems like a deliberately anti-homeless procedure and I don't appreciate that. They are human too, why cut them off from a basic necessity?

you know those days when everything goes wrong.. well, I was having that day, and my kids were hungry, so we stopped here.. and glad we did.. Matt, one of the employees working.. He probably won't ever know how he changed the day for us.. he is really something special and I hope they know that!

Every time I come here I have to pull over and wait they never have anything ready!! I could be one item and you still have to pull over and wait. Fast food is a lie. Also the app let's you order ahead of time but you still have to wait!?

Horrible place with untrained and unprofessional staff. Passed opening but doors locked and lights on and drive thru awake but no answers, no communication, but 6 cars parked in employee spots. I can't order at another McDonald's for 20 minutes because I ordered on app and am locked out for 20 minutes. The state of customer service in America has been horrible for 15 years now. We need Ai and robotics. Humans are pathetic.
