Multiple times they forgot items but this last trip is the last. Not only did they not include the chicken nuggets, which was close to $10. They couldn't provide receipts and when I got home, the 3 quarter pounders weren't even cooked.$27.04 for two large drinks and a large fry.When I tried to call the store, it just goes to voice mail. Their manager Misrak Mamo McDonald's Manager 52nd. said she would give me a refund if I show a receipt. Clearly she didn't read the complaint.do not go to this store.

With smashburger, red robin, bad addy burger, and soon to be in-n-out burger right within a half a mile, I’m not sure why anyone would keep coming to this McDonaldsI waited 20 mins for a burger and lukewarm fries

Had to call and make a brunch reservation as part of a dare in a game. The man who took my call was SO nice and accommodating. He gave menu recs, asked if we had kids coming, and told us he would save a big table for us and took my name. I forgot to call and cancel the next morning but I applaud his customer service! ?

Ordered my food through the drive thru and was asked to park and wait. Normally I wouldn’t mind, I understand places can fall behind and need some time to catch up. However this McDonald’s told everyone in the drive thru to pull over and I have now been sitting for 20 minutes looking at 3 other cars that were here before me.. I’m sure no one will read this and actually care but this location sucks. I know it’s just McDonald’s but seriously.. it’s fast food. If I wanted to go to a sit down restaurant I would have.

Service not good you wait twenty minutes for your food and they don’t get your order
The customer service was amazing. I appreciate the drive-thru window. The only thing I'm upset about is that I asked for a fish fillet with extra tartar sauce. When I got my meal home the fish fillet had no tartar sauce. I checked the receipt and it does show that it was entered correctly. It's just upsetting to spend that much money.

Worked here for around 6 months. Everything seemed pretty normal in the first few months, but as I gained more experience, I started to feel like the restaurant was shifting in front of me. One day, I came to the back of the storage room, and noticed that one of the happy meal boxes was slightly moving around on the floor. As I slid the box aside, I saw that there were approximately 10 armed Hispanics with balaclavas and guns staring at me through a intricate tunnel system. Turns out that this McDonalds was used as a narcotics trafficking ring by the McDonalds managers. Too bad that I never asked the manager what his last name was, because I found out, that the malevolent manager was Pablo Escobar all along! Anyways, I got shot by one of the men in the spleen, and now am bleeding to death in the storage room. Nobody can hear me because they are trying to deal with the crackheads in the main lobby. I have about 7-30 minutes until I bleed out. Please throw a series of flashbangs into the kitchen to lure some of the workers to my location so I can show them family guy funny moments while I loose consciousness from my blood loss.
