I understand that there’s a lot going on in America right now, but that does not justify treating White customers poorly. I walked into McDonald’s and ordered a burger and fries. Meanwhile, the manager repeatedly called out, “Coffee for James.” About six minutes passed, and I had to get up and let James—an elderly man already drinking coffee—know his order was ready. There was no one else in the store, so it was obvious the coffee was his. Instead of letting it sit and get cold, the manager should have brought it to him.

At this point, I still hadn’t received my food. Then, a group of construction workers walked in and placed a large order. Somehow, their food arrived quickly, and they even received table service, with staff checking to see if they needed anything else.

Frustrated, I got up and walked to the counter, where I saw a bag with my order number. I looked at the manager and asked, “Are you working on that?” He grabbed the bag and handed it to me. I then asked, “Has it just been sitting there?” He hesitated before replying, “I just put it in the bag.”

Stop the lies, bro—I had been watching the entire time. I considered making him remake my food, but honestly, I didn’t trust him not to tamper with it at that point.

McDonald’s needs to address this kind of treatment. Racism in any form is unacceptable, and no customer should experience this kind of discrimination.

Employees are extremely rude. Came up to an empty drive thru and nobody helped me, but when their friends pulled up after me they got immediate service. My order took forever as the employees were taking turns running out to the friend's car to yell and blast music making it hard to communicate with the cashier. This isn't the first time I've been ignored at this drive through either. Go anywhere else.

The fries tasted like yesterday's, warmed up in the microwave. They are inconsiderate when handing out people's food. I'm no 'Karen', and I love McDonald's. This one sucks, though.

Yesterday I ordered an orange juice I'll received a water down orange drink I don't even know what it was the bad thing about it I believe with the manager is the one that handed it to me. I was working so did have time to take it back. I would have preferred them to tell me the orange juice machine wasn't working then to give me what that drink.

I have been visiting this McDonald's for more than 15 years, and I've noticed a significant decline in customer service over time. This past year has been particularly disappointing. Today marks my final visit to this location. I have given this restaurant too many chances. The customer service is the worst I've experienced, and the food quality has dropped as well. I received a Coke today that tasted off. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they were indifferent and ignored me until I expressed my frustration. They offered me another Coke, but it was just as bad. I requested a refund. The tattooed man working in the drive-thru is rude, disrespectful, and lacks basic customer service skills, and he holds a managerial position!

I have noticed several times at this location the inappropriate comments towards other customers in line by the manager and not providing services to paying customers based on their appearances( i assume he felt they looked homeless idk). The manager was very rude and vocal towards these customers embarrassing them for no reason. They had money and were not asking for any handouts. Then today I went through the drive thru and have never personally spoke to him till this morning and while leaving i noticed there was items missing from my order that I had paid for and when I told him he said that is to bad and I could go back through and get them after I pay again. He gave me a receipt that clearly showed i had already paid for the missing items.

For some reason, they decide to switch to lunch before their stated time at 10:30.
I showed up at 10:25 to pick up an order through the mobile app expecting them to fully honor the order that I just put in because it was five minutes before they were supposed to switch to lunch.
Beware!! Go early if you’re trying to get breakfast before 10:30! How early you may ask?? Who knows. Whenever they decide to switch to lunch apparently
