I went to this store twice in 1 week and have never had as bad as service as I have here. My food was cold and And mistake on all the orders.

Apparently, this is light ice. Every morning I ask for light ice in my iced coffee, even verifying that they heard me ask for light ice. Yet, every time this is how much ice they give me. And if I complain, I get the nastiest tasting coffee in return.

This usually a pleasant experience. My go-to for quick meals for both me and my son. However, large groups of loud, obnoxious, obscene teenagers sit right next to you, it ruins the entire visit. Your staff should put a chill on this behavior. Hopefully weekends will be better

Every order is missing items. Sometimes it’s only missing a sauce or side, other times it’s entire sandwiches, etc. The manager will not take responsibility. It does not matter if the order is placed in person, in the drive-thru, or via the app. It does not matter if the order is received by delivery, curbside, or drive-thru. Always missing items. Don’t bother reporting thru the website when they send you a link to submit feedback. Management will blame others for the issue, specifically DoorDash. It does not make sense to blame the driver for missing items when the driver does not pack the orders. This morning I placed a delivery order thru the McDonald’s app. Three separate drivers accepted the order & then declined due to waiting over an hour. I eventually received notification that McDonald’s cancelled the order & essentially blamed the drivers. Nothing is ever resolved & the poor service & lack of attention to detail continues. It’s absolutely worth it to go out of your way to another location. This place needs to be shut down.

Ordered two sausage burritos through the drive thru and got them cold. Went inside so they can replace them for warmed ones but only got one warm burrito and the second one cold again...

actually prepare and deliver order or provide refund. got blank stare from manager when I entered store after trying to pick up mobile order as the employee headset apparently died and I sat in the drive through 1 of 2 while people placed orders and received them. waited in the store for corrective action. more people picked up food and all carried on. Had to leave without food, pressed for time. called asked for refund on order and provided details individual that I spoke to and then at, stated they can not fix as it was a mobile order and hung up due to my expressed displeasure. I have been robbed. for a measley 11 bucks and change. This location should be shut down. I have made several attempts to be made whole from order items missing to poor interactions with the staff in the past when trying to get correction to an order error. no help and obviously customers don't matter. Heard. You have millions of customers so who cares right. Why should you give people what they pay for..

I would like to acknowledge the amazing customer service I received from Austie I placed a order on my lunch break i paid online and did not notice it was for the location on 38th & Wadsworth Austie explained that to her manager asking if she could honer the purchase knowing I was on a 30min lunch when her manager told her no she paid for my replacement meal out of her pocket with a smile on her face really top notch service thank you Austie

I understand that there’s a lot going on in America right now, but that does not justify treating White customers poorly. I walked into McDonald’s and ordered a burger and fries. Meanwhile, the manager repeatedly called out, “Coffee for James.” About six minutes passed, and I had to get up and let James—an elderly man already drinking coffee—know his order was ready. There was no one else in the store, so it was obvious the coffee was his. Instead of letting it sit and get cold, the manager should have brought it to him.

At this point, I still hadn’t received my food. Then, a group of construction workers walked in and placed a large order. Somehow, their food arrived quickly, and they even received table service, with staff checking to see if they needed anything else.

Frustrated, I got up and walked to the counter, where I saw a bag with my order number. I looked at the manager and asked, “Are you working on that?” He grabbed the bag and handed it to me. I then asked, “Has it just been sitting there?” He hesitated before replying, “I just put it in the bag.”

Stop the lies, bro—I had been watching the entire time. I considered making him remake my food, but honestly, I didn’t trust him not to tamper with it at that point.

McDonald’s needs to address this kind of treatment. Racism in any form is unacceptable, and no customer should experience this kind of discrimination.

Employees are extremely rude. Came up to an empty drive thru and nobody helped me, but when their friends pulled up after me they got immediate service. My order took forever as the employees were taking turns running out to the friend's car to yell and blast music making it hard to communicate with the cashier. This isn't the first time I've been ignored at this drive through either. Go anywhere else.
