Frequently gets my order wrong, even when ordered on app or kiosk.The fry oil tastes soured like the oil they used is past date today (April 7)The "Large" Soda served to me multiple times is only 21oz without Ice in it, or more like 10 with the full cup of ice. (I poured out the soda into a liquid measuring cup out of curiosity and it barely crested 10oz, in spite of being advertised as 32oz, and very clearly not being the same size as the Large cup I've been used to getting at other locations)I honestly don't care if they want to change the large size to 21oz, but isn't it against consumer laws to advertise it as 32 in a cup that literally couldn't even fit that much volume even without Ice?Service is super hit or miss. Some of the people who work here are honestly great, but the ones who aren't, are so bad to interact with that even the good ones don't make up for it and I regularly avoid this location now.I only went tonight because my Fianceé had a strong craving for McDonald's fries and I didn't feel like driving farther to the other location so late at night and the Fries were such a disappointment after the long hard day that she didn't even want to eat them after having the first few and asking me if they tasted off to me too. (I ended up making her something to eat at home to make up for the crappy fries)I'd recommend just going to the Wendy's nearby instead, they're better quality and way more consistently good.

While at the drive thru in the middle of our order the worker moved on the the next window without completing our order and has the nerve to ask us to repeat out order to her. Lol what a joke this place is

The manager Lydia had an attitude with me when I tried to get a refund after waiting for 25 minutes straight I still wanted my food because of the long wait and was extremely hungry she said you can either have your food or the refund took the bag that I already had in my hands and said something in Spanish when I don’t know espanol then I asked her what her name was she didn’t want to tell me then asked me what my wife’s name was because I told her that she worked for McDonald’s basically telling me she was going to fire her for my bad experience completely unprofessional in every way
