Drive tru takes 15-25 min to get your order... they will have upto 5 cars lined up after the windows and you can wait for upto 20 min to get cold food delivered in a big bunch of bags...
Order quality is always lacking and the long waits are annoying... especially when you get to the 2nd window and see workers horsing around...
This location needs a manager from a functional location to show up and get this store in line.
(Doesn't matter what time of day. I won't eat breakfast at this location due to 2 different messed up sandwiches...
Tonight was maybe the last chance they had for dinners lol.
I’ve been going to this McDonald’s everyday for a coffee and sometimes a sandwich. The staff are wonderful! Always kind and fast. I’ve told the manager, but they deserve a great review! Thanks yall!!!
Took 10 minutes to get my ice cream cone so I ordered a little bit of food. The manager said they were unable to give out WATER cups when it’s 90 degrees out. Pathetic.
Horrible service. Only car in the drive thru and had to wait 5 minutes just to have to repeat my order 3 times. Manager then is disrespectful when I refuse to pull up because everytime you do your order is wrong at this store and then you have to go inside. All this and the young kids working are just dancing around and goofing off! Got a refund and went down the street to Wendy's and got my order faster and it was fresh.
It’s insane how you can drive 15 minutes and have a totally different experience. The one on Dillon Rd just SUCKS, and this location is like, perfect. The line moves well, even at lunch rush. My food is almost always hot and fresh.
FAST service!
Some kid at the drive thru stole my mom's debit card information and he was charging stuff to her card until she canceled it. My mom complained to the owners and to management and heard nothing back. Apparently the owners dont care about fraud and theft. They protect criminal employees at this mcdonalds. If you don't want your hard earned money or identity stolen from you, dont go here!
Edit: we are discussing further action with our attorney since the owners refuse to get back to us!
Nine times out ten, the food is cold 🥶

Messed up order in the first try. The manager said she'd fix it and messed it up again, and on top of that, this minimal effort is absolutely a disgrace. She never gave me an order number, and after waiting 20 minutes, I finally went up, and she claimed she called that order out a long time ago. I told her I was never given the number or receipt (since it was a comp, I wasn't worried about it, and it was busy), and she actually got an attitude. I tried being polite and understanding, but after that, we just left, not even bothering to say that they messed up the order again, let alone have a sorry excuse for prepping food.
Service was poor… app deleted my order. Supervisor argued with me that I didn’t put my order in on time and I did at 9:50 … then when she took my order at the register she was trying to charge me $2.00 more for the same exact order… terrible service!!!

Today I went through the drive through at this location the gentleman that took our order was great and pleasant. What I believe to be the manager with a name tag of Maria was not so pleasant. She didn't greet us at the door just handed us our 2 drinks that were spilling a little and just said move to the corner to wait for our order. When she came out to give us our order handed it through the bars of the ramp didn't even bother to come around to our window. Part of our order was missing so we had to come inside and when asked about our fries and for extra sauce for our 9 item order she gave us one sauce and responded with an angry tone and attitude. She was very rude when we were being very polite and nice. She should really not be a manager with that sour attitude she has and could learn a thing or two about her employee at the first window. I would not recommend you go to this location with this godless woman working there. Save your money for a better location with a manager that has the attitude of one who seems like they want their store to succeed.

Work delivery pick up from there a lot. Ok food
Go here often, never had a problem until tonight. Ordered, and I quote, "one BOGO $1 worth dbl cheeseburger and an fries, and another bogo $1 hot and spicy mcchx and lg sweet tea" first guy misunderstands and tries to charge for 2 of each sandwich. Then the manager, Sarah, get on the mic and start cutting me off when I'm trying to clarify what I want. When I finally do clarify it, she tells me, "I understand what you want to order, but this is how you should order it instead." All due respect, if you understand what I want, wasn't the miscommunication on the part of the first person to take my order and not me? As I drive to the window she screaming through the microphone, "8.34 first window, over and over again"
I get to first window, pay, dude rude as hell as he close the window on me when I'm trying to talk to him about the order. Then I get to the second window. Different guy bagging my food, always nothing but nice and professional. I ask him to speak to Sarah cuz she was being mad rude. I asked her to listen and I explained to her if she understood the order I placed when I repeated it to her exactly the same way, then don't tell me how to order it. I always say BOGO $1 before I order each item so you don't think I'm trying to order a numbered meal. She continues to talk over me and cut me off. I leave and she literally is screaming at me, her head sticking out the second window. Extremely unprofessional.
If you understand the order, don't tell your customer how to order their food. Tell them you're sorry for the miscommunication and listen more closely to what the customer want. It's very simple. Unfortunately lost on many this day and age. Customer service, that is.
