The latte's are just milk. I went inside to get it fixed and they doubled down that latte's are just milk

The restaurant was remodeled in May 2018, which gives the inside a fresh new look. I like using the new kiosks to order, but I like the mobile app even better. They accept Google Pay, which is faster than swiping a credit card. The food is consistent with other McDonald's restaurants.
I don't like the new interior layout. It is too open. I like to have some privacy, especially when loud and obnoxious people are in the restaurant. The open layout transmits sound more and makes it louder with few partitions to break it up.
I would bump this location up to a 5-star if they did some things to make the dining area better/warmer. One of my favorite interiors at a McDonald's is at the location by Flatiron Mall in Broomfield. They have several seating arrangements, booths, a fireplace, and warmer furnishings.
Update: Why is there such a wide range of ratings for this McDonald's? I've been here on every day of the week and at varying times. There are times when things are super busy with a line of cars at the drive through, Door Dash delivery people, mobile app orders, kiosk orders, and people at the front register. These super busy times can be frustrating for customers and workers. While the staff works as hard as they can to handle peak times, things happen that result in some negative experiences for customers. Overall, the staff does their best to provide the best service to everyone.

This restaurant is slow in the drive thru. This restaurant has trouble with app and the manager won't honor the coupons once they lose the code. After all that they gave me the wrong drink.

This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. I don’t understand how MCD corporate allows one of its franchises to operate like this. The employees are rude. They get the order wrong most of the time. Even during slow hours, it still takes forever to receive your order. This location needs new ownership, and a complete culture overhaul.
I ordered through the app because it advertises to be able to Maxx your chances for the limited time Monopoly offer. I received none of that. I customized my burgers and they did NOT do that. I was lucky enough to get the piece of paper on the outside of my burger saying that it was though. I then ending up having to wait an additional 6 minutes at the counter waiting for my order after putting it in 10 minutes earlier. It was good to see that UBER orders went out before mine, and I came to pick my own order up. Customer service needs serious help at this location. Constant cleaning of the the tables would be appreciated. I had to sit at a dirty table to try to eat my food.

Always a bad experience here. They forget my food multiple times and have long wait times.
I’m inside right now writing this review and I’ve been here for half an hour. I received my “meal” 20 min after ordering only to receive cold stale fries. My burger was missing all the add ons so I had to send it back. When I leave I will have been here for 45 min… stay away from here.

Drive through still continues to he a pain. Person taking order had a really bad attitude, speaker is too quiet, and the sweet teas were diluted and not sweet.

I never write reviews, but here we go. This location always takes forever - I usually place my order before I leave my house (I live about 7 minutes away), then when I get there I still end up having to wait 10 minutes or more in the lobby for my order. I come here a lot and it happens literally every time.

I never like to leave negative reviews, having worked as a cook myself, but I've made an exception. Twice I used the mobile app to order from this location, and twice they forgot about me. As in, I parked in their designated curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes on two occasions before I went to the drive thru to get my food. Dawg, that ain't fast food. That's just consistently pathetic service.
Could've just been bad luck on my end, but come on. Twice at one location? Geez.

The wait time in the drive thru is garbage. It wasn't even busy at 9 AM on a Thursday... 10 minutes for a scrambled egg .
I think they got great iced tea that's what I stopped in there for I do a half sweet half unsweet with very little ice
