Worst McDonalds I have ever been to and we unfortunately eat here quite often. It has been like this for years and never improves. Always have to wait forever for food no matter what time of day. They always forget something, get something wrong. Never bring straws when you have to pull forward and then expect you to come inside to get them. Not really sure why they even ask what kind of sauce you want because you are NEVER getting any sauce.

I come here often. And they often get something wrong with my order. It could be not getting my app code right and wasting my app deal. They are quick to take an order. But often messes up the order or the food is cold. For example, last time I was here, nuggets were cold and not crispy, they forgot the bbq sauce with the nuggests, and they forgot the ranch in the ranch wrap. And the fries were cold and did not come with ketchup, not sure if we needed to ask, but I think ketchup is a given for fries. Soda is good as always, but that is not hard to do. Atmosphere is good and bathrooms are clean.

I did check with employee on who was the Manager, which was who took my order she ignored me, took a long time to take my order and still managed to get the order wrong, she didn’t want to help me so she had her employee correct her mistake. This is not the first time. Manager needs to be retrained! not friendly at all but as for the employees they were all nice.

This location forgets items Every. Single. Time! And service always takes forever. It’s the closest location to my work and my coworkers and I frequent it but we all have to same issues over and over again. (Long wait for short order, forgotten items so you have to return or just go without, watered down drinks) Employees here also act like the customer is the issue when they forget things. I’d shut it down for a week and either change the entire staff or give more training.

Waiting 10 plus min on a uber order of just a coffee and hotcakes. 😳 ridiculous. Not even greeted. Watching a gentleman standing at the counter waiting to place an order during this whole time. They always seem to have at least 3-6 cars parked through the drive thru too. I’d pick a different McDonald’s

Food is very rarely cooked all the way. There is nothing fast about this fast food. You will consistently wait and be told to pull through to the already congested waiting area.
Its not food. I don't even trust the lettuce and tomatoes on their burgers. The insects won't eat it and neither should we. Shame on them for passing off this crap as real food, because the proof is out there.

the food here is great but I always have to wait 1 hour for my food even though I went through the drive through and they wernt busy. there are plenty of other cars that come after me who get their food before me. its ridiculous at this point and I spoke to the manager and they didn't care. this is frustrating. never coming back again.
