As others have said, total scam. Won’t even put a credit on the account if a child is sick. You have to notify 48 hours in advance. How great it would be if I could predict illness.

Ordered a vegetarian lunch for my vegetarian daughter. They served her a chicken wrap instead and refuse to admit their mistake or show any kind of customer service. Their vegetarian meals are usually GF and therefore way more expensive than the meat options, and it should be the other way around. Over-priced with poor customer service. We're done with ordering hot lunch.

This place is a scam!!! There was no school and due to snow day and they refused to refund the money or provide it at another time. Now again the lady told me the roads are too bad their own employees wont come into work but yet they wont refund or provide the food on a different day! Never ordering from this place again.

Terrible food and they feed it to our kids! Then when you try to complain, the owner tells you that you're a d*** customer. They even tried to tell us that they won't serve food to our kids anymore! These people provide lunches to kids all over Denver. How do we know it's safe!?

This catering service offers a variety of food options. However, they are unable to credit cancellations due to a child's illness or school closure. I will not be ordering my children's lunches from them anymore.
