We went to this location last night for dinner. I had the lemon shrimp scampi with noodles and the kids had other stuff. My noodles were rubbery and hard because they were undercooked. My sons noodles were the same. We ate what we could and threw away the rest and left. It was kinda gross. I woke up with an upset stomach. I used to love Noodles and Company. First and last time I'll ever go to this location

We were sitting down waiting already, yet several people that came in after us were served before us. When they finally brought half the order out, there was only two of us, the mac-cheese was cold. Not warm, COLD!!. Potstickers were cold too.
The manager did come over and apologize and remade the food fresh and hot. Finding good service these seems quite difficult. Shouldn't take a complaint and two efforts to get it right.

Meh. Food was fine. Smoked Gouda sauce on the tortellini was heavy, a bit too thick and grainy. Half our order was plates and sat on the back counter for 10 minutes while they worked on the slower items, resulting in some cold items.

It is so dark in here. You'd think with this many windows you'd have sunlight, but nope, it's like Batman's favorite noodle joint.
But outside that, the service was cold and unwelcoming as if hire by Bruce Wayne himself. The speed which was served was quick though, so the food was warm and delicious. However, I feel like there is a reason I was the only one there eating.

It took them over 25 minutes to make one bowl of Mac and Cheese and Chicken. My other dishes that I had order were done and sitting out for 30 minutes. Everyone's food was cold but the last bowl. I paid 93.00 for a to go order. I am very unhappy with the service I received for the price that I paid. It's unbelievable.

I love noodles cheesy garlic bread, its my favorite item on the menu, however this is the one location that always disappoints me when i order from here. most every location cooks the cheesy garlic beard till the cheese is melted and a gorgeous golden brown color, but for some reason this is the only location that doesn't cook the cheese almost at all, its not very warm and the cheese barely is melted. now you can say just go to a different location, however this location i am almost forced to go to because it is less than half a mile away from my girlfriends house and so its not advantageous to go to a different location. i will still order the cheesy garlic bread anyways but i am always disappointed when i play the "is the cheese melted" game and its always not melted

Both employees working the front were so kind, knowledgable nd professional! I grabbed the wrong carry out order by accident and they were nice about it.. the service is very hit or miss, i almost always have something wrong with my order and most recently i payed $2 for extra sauce that didn’t even cover the bottom of the tiny little bowl they give you. pitiful.
