Consistently gets at least one entree of ours wrong nearly every time we order. It’s the closest one to us so sometimes we don’t have much of a choice on where we order. Apparently putting “no” of certain ingredients means extra of those same ingredients and we have to sit here and pick it out before we can eat. Gave up calling the manager because they don’t seem to care. Beyond over it.

Came in on Saturday evening and was not dissapointed. As always the food was on point and the kitchen did great. I noticed one of the cashiers, lilianna, training a new hire, Jennifer, as i ordered and they were both very, very cordial and polite and even followed up twice as I ate. While I've never had an unpleasant experiance with this establishment, these two really stepped it up in a way that deserved a positive review. I will remeber that service the next time I can't decide where to eat.

Food was worse than eating at the airport. Noodles & co, you had one job and you couldn't do it. If I wanted a frozen meal I would have bought a frozen meal. This isn't fresh made anything, not even noodles. Everything was dry and overly salty. Would not recommend.

My grandkids wanted to go here. It was God. The kids loved the mac & cheese and I liked the bacon chicken Alfredo. Grandpa tried the Buffalo chicken. He didn't like it so he traded with a grandson who really liked it.

ALWAYS forgetting things on online orders and being extremely rude and unhelpful to resolve the problems they caused. Do yourself a favor- don't order online from this location. And if you do, and they screw up, don't bother calling them. Go straight to corporate who will actually do something to help you. Like refunds and apologies.

I’m genuinely shocked by the quality of food I received here. The noodles were completely undercooked, there was absolutely no cheese, and the dish was so bland it felt like they didn’t even bother with seasoning. It was truly awful, and I can’t believe they think serving food like this is acceptable. I expected so much more and left incredibly disappointed. Definitely not worth the visit.

They ruined the Alfredo Montamore! They have turned it into the "Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo," and it's awful! They have changed the Alfredo sauce and added pices of fat that they are pretending is bacon! If all they had changed was the veggies, I might go back, but now I'm not sure. I used to love going here, but they ruined my absolute favorite dish! The people are always friendly, at least, but my previous five-star rating has been changed to match my new lack of satisfaction.

I don't go here much, but I was wanting some quick alfredo. I ordered the mac and cheese and the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo. Both were very dry. I don't even think there was any "creamy" alfredo in it at all. Very disapointing. It was like butter noodles. The noodles were not soft either. Either too aldente or old noodles that have been sitting too long. The mac and cheese wasn't creamy either. There was a clump of dry melted cheese in the middle of the bowl. Nothing creamy about it. I've ordered from noodles and company before and it was never dry, so I was pretty surprised. I probably won't be going there again.
