I’m genuinely shocked by the quality of food I received here. The noodles were completely undercooked, there was absolutely no cheese, and the dish was so bland it felt like they didn’t even bother with seasoning. It was truly awful, and I can’t believe they think serving food like this is acceptable. I expected so much more and left incredibly disappointed. Definitely not worth the visit.

They ruined the Alfredo Montamore! They have turned it into the "Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo," and it's awful! They have changed the Alfredo sauce and added pices of fat that they are pretending is bacon! If all they had changed was the veggies, I might go back, but now I'm not sure. I used to love going here, but they ruined my absolute favorite dish! The people are always friendly, at least, but my previous five-star rating has been changed to match my new lack of satisfaction.

I don't go here much, but I was wanting some quick alfredo. I ordered the mac and cheese and the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo. Both were very dry. I don't even think there was any "creamy" alfredo in it at all. Very disapointing. It was like butter noodles. The noodles were not soft either. Either too aldente or old noodles that have been sitting too long. The mac and cheese wasn't creamy either. There was a clump of dry melted cheese in the middle of the bowl. Nothing creamy about it. I've ordered from noodles and company before and it was never dry, so I was pretty surprised. I probably won't be going there again.

“I literally dont care” is what she said! The food is horrible! The Parmesan crusted chicken on parmesan chicken pasta is now a nasty spaghetti something mix that I remember being something good tasting which is unfortunate. I also told them the pot stickers werent cooked and everything has REALLY gone downhill, her reply again was “I literally dont care” and she hung up. Dont throw your money in the trash here. Go to Mc Donalds or somewhere with more quality food

Freaking delicious food. A little pricey for pasta, but honestly to me, worth it. I don't get it often but it's such a treat every time!
Had delivery twice.. both times excellent.. haven't been inside the store so I don't know the atmosphere.
