I ordered the Parmesan encrusted chicken, which is what I usually get. The order came out really quickly, since I was the only customer in the store. When I got it home, I found that I had only three tiny shriveled up spinach leaves, maybe four pieces of mushroom, a few tomato pieces, along with the chicken pieces, which were dry and over cooked. Not at all up to standard. I’ll probably never go back.

Unlike the Superior location THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!! They are open until 10 akd at 855 tried to order an ice tea and that was already shut down, unable to order a drink, they tried to kick us out at 9 saying that they are closing the dining room.... did not provide any utensils to eat with and shut us out. Marlene and Jamal are FARRR BETTER EMPLOYEES!!! 3/1/2024 FIRE THIS CREW!!!! THEY SUCK @$$

Most of the time my order is right at this location which is why I drive extra distance to visit it, and I tip 10% on my orders due to accuracy and consistency. Usually, my orders are ready to go when I go to pick up. I went in today to pick up my order as usual and was told they didn’t have it, never received the order, told me I could call the other Noodles & Co location and see if they had it or I could re-order at this location (paying for my order twice). I went back to my car and looked at the app and indeed it was this location. When I went back in the manager checked her tablet and the worker suddenly found my order that she said wasn’t there 2 minutes ago. My order was missing or stolen, and my food was remade quickly, but the attitude towards me was like I made a mistake or came in and stole my order earlier? When the pick up orders should be better monitored and kept behind the counter especially in Arvada, should not feel like as the customer I did anything wrong when I didn’t. Thankfully moving soon so I will no longer be frequenting this location unless in the area, and will re-consider this location as my primary noodles and company go-to for Arvada. Noodles & company definitely has some work to do in all of their stores, unfortunately including this one.

Seemed like upper management was visiting the store when I was there last. They got got our order wrong twice and we left with the missing food such as side chicken that we ordered… wow can’t get orders correct even when corporate is in the store pull it together…

We've been going there once a week for about two years with only one unpleasant experience. It was a little upsetting my daughter's macaroni tasted like cleaner and when I taste a bit, it also tastes like cleaner. When I took it in and told the manager. She said. There's no way that's possible. We don't use cleaner anywhere near the food.... So I almost never went back. But I have, and it's been great every time since.

This place is a joke. I placed an order through their restaurant for delivery and it never showed. When I called to check on it the very young manager who has no idea what she’s doing, asks me if I have contacted my driver????? Uhm…I ordered through your app….YOU contract the driver out not me! How would I know to contact them!!!!

Its alright. The cookies are huge, and tasty. The have a coke freestyle machine, so thats cool. The location looks really cool too. No problem with staff, or the food. Not everything can be the best.

Found a really hard part on my food ? and it hurt my tooth really bad to the point I’ll have to go to the dentist I ate there a few hours ago and my teeth still hurts ? very disappointed ☹️ I just saw it in the mirror and it’s chipped I went April / 29/ 2023 at around 9:00pm , I just checked my tooth in the mirror and it’s crack and I can’t stop thinking ? what was on my food that it was this hard , and made me stop enjoying it. The lobby was supposed to be open but they decided to close it early, this was really inconvenient because I had to eat at my car (making a mess ) . Now I’ve to wait until Monday to call my dentist and last but not least it was really dirty on the floor behind the cash register there was food all over the floor. ?️????? And the cherry on the top of the cake ? the pesto sauce gave me upset stomach and indigestion. My question is where is the GM or a responsible manager of this store .
