Might not be a reflection of this particular location, but anyhow… I asked if I could sub the pesto noodles in for one of the kids meal options (all they offer is Mac and cheese, buttered noodles and spaghetti) and they said no. So I ended up paying $11 for a meal my son will only eat a fraction of — and won’t even get the two sides and drink that the kids meal comes with. Insanity!

My roomate and I live close by and come here occasionally. It’s normally mediocre as one could expect from a fast casual food place. But tonight it was TERRIBLE. They just launched a new tortellini in Gouda sauce and when I ordered they told me they don’t carry that they can do tortellini with some other Sauce, what you have signs plastered up saying “new!!!” If you don’t have that? The people were rude, they mumbled through the whole order, and it took just about 30 minutes for our two bowls to come out, even tho there was only one other guy there before us. We got home and both of our meals were disgusting!!!! Absolutely irritating.

Been here multiple times now and seems to always have something left out of my order. Usually whatever protein I order in addition to my entree. When getting a to go order finding that you paid extra for nothing after it is to late and your lunch break is almost over is very frustrating.

This is my new favorite Noodles & Company! Compared to some of the other locations nearby, this store seems to outperform them all. The tables in the lobby are clean, the service is usually quick, and the team always goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome by checking in on you throughout your visit. The food quality is also much higher and portions seem larger than the other Noodles nearby. Defiently worth a few more minutes in the car to go to this location.

Took 25 minutes to get one of our food. Three people working. No one in the place. Not sure what exactly was going on.

Food was awful. Mine had been sitting for 20 minutes. Go to the one on 80th.

I ordered a DoorDash with this store. When the food got here I took a bite and an enormous red hair was in my food when I swallowed. It felt like a fish line going down my throat not to be graphic, I pulled it out and just put it away. but when I went to the store to get a new order, low and behold a lady with red hair who’s not wearing any type of hair protection or gloves is the first face I see. I confronted her about the hair, and she said she doesn’t work much around the food so she didn’t know where it came from. Of course it came from her. There were only two women working. One with red hair and one with black. Then she proceeds to go to the back and make my food after she said she doesn’t work with it. Lied to my face and tried to play it off like it wasn’t her. I’m not trying to take a dump on the company, I love this restaurant. But this locations got some serious issues to resolve.

Yeah pretty sure the Asian kid and the dirty blonde white kid were trying to take my “fake” 100 dollar bill. They wouldn’t give it back so I called the cops and TWO Arvada officers both said it was real. Both the little guys looked shook as all hell when the cops started asking why they thought it was fake. You’re not “confiscating” my money little guys.

Pretty sure the workers here are stealing people’s cash… me and my husband went in for a few sweet treats last night. (A Snickerdoodle Cookie and Rice Crispy Treat, of course.) Anyway, my husband paid with a $100 bill. The young, male cashier took the bill and “scanned it” underneath the register. Supposedly it came back as fake and he told my husband that he wasn’t allowed to give it back. (The bill came from a Colorado Credit Union. It was not fake!) So, when my husband told them it was not fake and asked for it back, the cashier went to get another young man. We are assuming this was the manager… The manager agreed that the bill was “fake” and that they weren’t going to give it back. Then he put our $100 bill in his pocket… Rightfully upset, my husband called the cops. While waiting for the police to arrive, I noticed some whispering between the young girl cooking in the back and the so called manager. I could tell they were getting uncomfortable. When the police arrived, the officer asked me and my husband if we were the ones that called, we said “yes because we are certain the bill is not fake.” The officer asked the manager to see the bill. While he was examining it, all of the employees seemed to get nervous. Right away, the officer said he didn’t think it was fake. The officer asked why they (the staff) thought it was fake, he asked for another $100 bill for reference, and asked if they had marker but the manager wasn’t able to answer any of his questions or provide anything the officer was requesting. Not to mention, they never told the officer about the so-called scanner under the register! The whole time the manager was so nervous and uncomfortable. Also, when the police officer’s partner showed up just a few minutes later, he too said the bill was real right away. So, in the end, the officers gave us our $100 back and we went to get our treats elsewhere… I truly hope these were young, naive employees and not foolish, wannabe scammers. Either way, Noodles and Company needs to do better with employee training or perhaps just hire more intelligent people.OH! Also, while we were waiting for police to arrive, another, much older employee was there just for a short while. She got herself some cookies and left… (so we thought.) She was actually waiting in the car trying to figure what was happening. When we walked back to our car (after we got our money back!) she was speaking with someone, very loudly, over speaker phone. She was gossiping about the whole situation. Honestly, I think the whole crew that was there on Sunday March, 24th around 8:15pm should be fired. Start fresh and try again, Noodles and Company because this staff is not it… However, kudos to the Arvada police department. They were great.
