I placed an online order at Noodles & Company at 5:50 pm, scheduling it for pickup at 6:30 pm because, like most parents, I was juggling a million things—driving my kids to activities and trying to keep them fed. I thought this would be a convenient solution. I was wrong.
I walked in at 6:32 pm, and not only was my order not ready, but the restaurant was full of frustrated, angry customers also waiting for their food. One woman asked for plastic silverware and, shockingly, they didn’t even have any available. How does a restaurant run out of something as basic as plastic utensils?!
I patiently waited for 15 minutes before I tried asking about my order—big mistake. I wasn’t even acknowledged. There’s a sign above the shelf for online orders instructing customers to ask a staff member for assistance. But when I finally did, I was rudely told to “step back” because they had “a lot going on right now.” Seriously?
After waiting another 8-10 minutes, I asked again. The manager took my name and then... did absolutely nothing. The whole situation was beyond awkward. I ended up walking out at 7 pm, over an hour after placing the order, with no food and a car full of hungry, disappointed kids.
I emailed corporate right after and, surprise, still no response. It’s clear the staff hadn’t been trained and the manager was completely unqualified to speak to humans, let alone manage a restaurant. I’m never coming back. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I ordered my food at 5:15pm and it was supposed to be done by 5:30pm. However it took until 5:45pm to complete my one dish. A customer came in about 15 minutes after me and ordered his food. His food was done and served to him before mine was done. Also, there was a kitchen staff member who didn't have his hair in a hair net or tied back. His hair was very thick, curly, and shoulder length. You would think a food Establishment would require his hair tied back and out of his face when cooking food. This location of Noodles & Company is very small.

We didn’t even eat here because when you immediately walk in the whole store smells horrible. It smells like a sewer. We had to leave it was so bad. Noodles is great but this location needs to fix their plumbing or something. Which you would think would be working fine since this location is new.
Food served luke-warm. Friendly service but filthy attire.
