Tried Old Town Nutrition for the first time today; so good!! The woman working there was so friendly. The shop was busy but she made every customer feel welcomed and taken care of. I ordered the Very Berry Smoothie and the PB protein donuts, both of which were super yummy and surprisingly low cal and high protein!! Will be back soon.

Going here has become part of my regular weekly routine for many reasons! For one, the drinks are delicious and the loaded tea definitely makes you feel awake and alert with no crash later. Plus the owner is super friendly and kind, making a point to get to know regulars. The space is small but very inviting, with a lot of fun activities for kids if you want to sit and hang out for a while. Honestly I'm so grateful to have a space that's friendly towards younger kids right in Old Town!
