Tried Old Town Nutrition for the first time today; so good!! The woman working there was so friendly. The shop was busy but she made every customer feel welcomed and taken care of. I ordered the Very Berry Smoothie and the PB protein donuts, both of which were super yummy and surprisingly low cal and high protein!! Will be back soon.

Going here has become part of my regular weekly routine for many reasons! For one, the drinks are delicious and the loaded tea definitely makes you feel awake and alert with no crash later. Plus the owner is super friendly and kind, making a point to get to know regulars. The space is small but very inviting, with a lot of fun activities for kids if you want to sit and hang out for a while. Honestly I'm so grateful to have a space that's friendly towards younger kids right in Old Town!
I absolutely love this family-owned Herbalife smoothie store! The smoothies are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. Every visit feels like a treat, and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. It's great to support a local business that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommend trying their smoothies if you're looking for a tasty and healthy option!

Such a cute place! Talked with one of the owners (mother/son owned) and she was a beautiful soul. I got the Elvis and it was soooo good and I felt good after drinking it. I saw like 5 other things I wanted to try so I’m for sure going back!

My son and I stopped in here today for the first time although we've walked by it forever. I got the Cucumber lime tea and he got the Elvis smoothie. They were both so good! Not only that, but the lady behind the counter was super nice and the store was very clean. Great place to stop when you're strolling around Old Town and just want a little treat!

This smoothie and juice bar/cafe is one of my favorite places to stop these days.. I stop in every day and see the owner Esmeralda and her son is just as kind, he works on Sundays. While I've gone to all the other smoothie places in the area while swapping out my Starbucks habit, other chains are not even close to offering the same quality of healthy products, along with such a nice environment, very kind people, locally owned, family-run. IT'S WORTH STOIPPING IN. This is no chain.
