Really rude order taker. She literally tossed the buzzer at us.Guy behind us didn't know how to order the pick two, and she charged him for two whole meals. I told her she was rude, and she said she has autism. I've never been treated like this at Panera

They need help with customer service I waited at the counter for about 10 with no help I ended up ordering my food through the kiosk they had but it was funny cause somebody else walked in after I ordered and the person came to the counter and took their order weird

Rude to delivery drivers. Two employees sat there on their phones with no other orders and said I need to wait 15 minutes. I recommend the Panera on 101st instead.

Not all Paneras are created equal. This one for example has uninvested, rude employees, and likes to make substitutions to your pick up order without any heads up. This isn’t Instacart. If I order something and you’re out of it, don’t charge me the same price and throw in a ā€œfree piece of baguetteā€ (stale by the way) to make it right. Also, it’s a weeknight and the place was empty yet the trash cans were overflowing. Yikes.

Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! I ordered 1st thing in the morning and went in to pick up my order. There were no other customers in the place except for me. I went to a register and 4 employees just walked right past me. A couple of them walked past a couple of times. Not a single person asked if needed or had been helped. They completely disregarded my existence. I’m standing at the register! Are you kidding?!!!! A different guy waked out from the back out and had zero intention of looking up at me until I said loudly that I had a pick up order. This man would have zombied on by had I not said something. To boot, The $9.00 breakfast sandwich was wrong!! I promise you, I have never been so disregarded by so many people in a short amount of time in the same place. Bunch of snobs working in the North Wadsworth store near 80th.

Vegetarian options: Don’t go there!
