This is at least the 3rd time we've tried ordering dinner from this location and they're out of bread. This particular time, we decided to order a loaf of bread so we'd have some to eat with our soup. We go in to pick up the order and there are multiple fresh baguettes sitting out that the associate refuses to sell to those waiting in line because "it's for tomorrow." Then the same associate tried to refuse to give us the loaf of bread we ordered, even though it was available on the shelf, because it was also "for tomorrow." They either need to order more bread or bake more bread because clearly whatever system they're using isn't working. And apparently they'll just be super rude if you try to inconvenience them by ordering the bread sitting on the shelf.

Come here often with my That 1 Painter North Denver crew for breakfast or lunch and they always have space for our team meetings and tasty food and coffee! We will be back!

I met a group of friends for lunch today at this location. Out of the 10 of us 3 meals were acceptable.I got their new Basel BLT. The bread was good. They threw a handful of chewy bacon bits and sprinkled some lettuce mix on the dry bread. A thin slice or two of tomato and called it a sandwich. I couldn’t tell if there was any basel on it. The worst sandwich ever. Two other friends had the same experience with their “BLT”. Another friend actually got bacon strips! Go figure. They ran out of ranch dressing for salad, forgot bread with a soup lunch, ran out of tea.I won’t be back.

Don’t bother going to this location unless you have time to waste. I have been going into Panera for coffee with the sip club membership and occasional breakfast everyday for years until I moved by this location. The coffee carafes are always empty. Even when there no one there and the girl behind the desk just stands there day dreaming. Better off just going to the grocery store and getting the stuff you want to make, will probably break even on time.

Pretty sure that you know it's not a cheaper food option.

So I spent over 30 dollars on what I thought were a Mac and cheese bread bowl and a tomato soup bread bowl and there is no bread. Just two tubs, one tomato and one Mac. The website shows that it comes in a bread bowl but doesn't. Pretty deceiving. Last time I order from there. You click on a picture that says to add an item but it doesn't contain half of what is pictured?

Ew. From the dirty bathrooms, the workers with greasy hair and poor hygiene I personally would never eat here and I feel sorry for anyone who spends their money here...thankfully I was picking up an order for someone else.

Too expensive! We ordered from the Pick 2 menu where a bowl of soup and a half of sandwich were supposed to be between $6.99 and $8.99 for the pair, but we were charged separately for each item. Our individual lunches ended up being in the neighborhood of $15.00 each. When questioned about it, the clerk told us they had to charge the items separately. I won't eat there again. If I'm going to pay $15.00 or more for a bowl of soup and a half of sandwich, I will go to a restaurant where I am waited on and really get something for my money.

Absolutely unacceptable to expect someone to pay $10 for a CUP of soup. Which btw isn't even a full measuring cup of soup! Tonight I ordered 4 family size servings of Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice soup - when I opened the containers to serve, ea was LESS than 1/2 full of product and the rest was a very weak if not watery broth! All told, served 4 people for $80!No more Panera! You have lost a 15 year faithful customer?

I'm a regular customer to the specific Panera because it's so close to where I live. It might be due to ordering near to close, 30 minutes before. I ordered a fugi apple salad w/ chicken, and it didn't come with chicken. My dad ordered the avocado chicken melt and it barely had any chicken and no avocado. I'm usually understandable due to the chain supply and the time of day, but in this instance, the young woman who handed me the food, didn't even give me an average customer service. No biggie here, I just know that I'll be going out of my way to go to a different location. I hope this is a one off for this type of product/service, because these guys are usually stellar when it comes to the service.

Went to pick up a DoorDash order and waited over 10 min! I had a DoorDash shirt on so it was obvious why I was there. I finally asked "How much longer on the DoorDash order" and after asking the customer name the lady told me the order was on a back counter. Not where I could see it, nor where anyone could see it. Also there are NO signs saying where to pick up these orders!!! ALL other Panera locations put the orders on the counter where they put the customer's orders so us drivers can find it!! I plan to refuse all orders from this location in the future because they wasted 10 min of my time plus I had another order going cold in my car!!!

I went there today and had a strawberry mint, charged lemonade. A few hours later I was headed to the bathroom can’t seem to come out. I think I got some kind of food poisoning. I think the Panera and Colfax in Colorado Mills seems to be excellent. But a few times I’ve been to this store. It’s been quite disappointing! And then today I got sick. I realized I got sick there last weekend as well. I think they possibly need to take their charged lemonade machine apart and sanitize it. Obviously there’s some contamination there.Girl who makes the drinks the first time I was in there about a week ago was a little bit rude. I didn’t say anything about it just brushed it off, smiled, and made a compliment. I would like somebody to contact me to discuss this further. It seems the other Panera stores I’ve been to are OK at least the Arvada store on Ward and 64th seems to be good and as I mentioned, the one at Colorado Mills seems to be OK. The fact that, their food is overpriced at all locations average sandwich, is about $15. If you customize it the add-ons can be expensive. I think I’m not going to go back to the one on Wadsworth in Arvada. Like I said I got sick the other day from this and again today.
