Just bought a SW chicken ranch salad in drive Thru. Had it split into 2 servings. I only had 1 piece of chicken n first serving. Hopefully there will be more in the next. 😔

I had been to this location many many times when my kids was near. Place is still clean and the food was good . Like the potato soup !

Food quality has gone way down. It’s like Subway now. Prices are through the roof. $18 for a sandwich!

I frequently have breakfast at this Panera location and in the past week a few times I noticed a large part of the Avocado was very dark, even black and I had to take it off since my order was to go I didn't notice until I was at work. This hasn't been the case in the past, hoping this can be addressed as this is one item I would expect to be fresh. Thank you!

Used to live like two blocks from here like 4 years ago. They were much better back then. Recently visited again and found the menu had completely changed. My favorite sandwichs are no longer there. The ones they do have are just not that good. They used to make an amazing french onion soup, unfortunately it is a near flavorless bowl of broth these days.

Food is usually quite good, service from staff has always been good in my experience, but their automated ordering kiosks are immensely frustrating. Most places self-check out is a bit faster, and I'm the kind of introvert who is usually happier not having to chat with strangers, but here the kiosks are a downgrade in basically every way. I'm usually there with a friend, who starts ordering with the kiosk while I wait for a person to order with, and even with waiting for a staff member, EVERY TIME, my order's submitted and finished sooner, and I don't have to go to the counter and ask about getting a drink cup.
Service is a bit worse than it used to be because you now have to wait for a person to order with, but that's not the staff's fault. Hope corporate improves the kiosks, as-is they're just not good.
