I used to loveeee papa John’s pizza more than any others now I don’t think I’ll ever be getting from them again. I ordered for the whole family, I got honey chipotle boneless wings which were under sauced, I got cheese sticks that were cut like a pizza instead of cheese sticks and only enough dipping sauce for two sticks, breadsticks were one of the only things I truly enjoyed and even those didn’t come with enough sauce. The pizzas I got was cheese extra cheese and a pineapple one, both of them were cold and the dough was chewy and not fluffy like I’ve always remembered it being. I live 1 mile away got my order within 30 minutes of ordering however every single item was cold and not up to satisfaction at all. Very disappointed in this location and just overall experience.

I go out of my way to pick up from this store because they do the best! I order extra sauce and well done and they do it perfectly. Fresh tasting. Delicious. Fast. There's a lot of really whiny people on here. I've been getting pizza here for many years no problem.

I ordered a Chicken Alfredo Papa Bowl with Parmesan/Romano Cheese, Grilled Chicken, Onions, Black Olives, Mushrooms, Roma Tomatoes 2-Cheese Alfredo Sauce. What I received was chicken topped with cheese and olives, no onions, no mushrooms, no tomatoes, no sauce and was so salty it was inedible.

Absolutely the worst place to order from they sent a driver and he delivered the food to the wrong address then when I called to tell them it’s not here they told me I’ll have to wait up to 2 hours with no compensation to get another one sent over but they can’t guarantee it will be delivered to the correct address
They forgot to add the pepperoni on the chaperoni, and their wings were on the diet

I messed up. I ordered from a different location and had an issue with the food. I came in to this establishment Hot that my delivery was messed up and I had to come correct it. Well the lady holding down the fort was the best. She did everything she could to correct all the mistakes on A CRAZY night! She was the best. She won me over. She remade the pizza and never thought twice about it. Thank you.

We order pizza from this location on a regular basis. Tonight was a terrible experience. The pizza was late, the order was wrong, and I found a FINGERNAIL in the pizza. Very gross. You just lost a regular customer.
