I wish there was a lower rating than a 1 for this location. Worst papa John’s I have ever encountered. The manage is extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service experience. I will never go back to this location and I’d recommend you don’t as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs .

maybe they could stay fully staffed, which would likely fix quality and timing issues, if they paid an appropriate wage. in the meantime, best not to discount the negative reviews.

Wow. What a disappointment! While I fully comprehend I’m getting pizza and not expecting to be blown away by a fine dining experience, I do expect to get what I paid for, and what is advertised. Apparently, my expectations are way too high. While I ordered the new XL New York style thin crust pizza “cut into 8 large foldable slices”… it is far from what I received. I got a pizza that was maybe, and at most, a medium sized undercooked thick crust pizza that looked like it was cut by a blindfolded preschooler entrusted with using kindergarten safety scissors for the first time. I didn’t know a pizza could be cut so….irregularly, so poorly. If the pizza wasn’t bad enough, the service definitely was. I walked in to pick up my pizza only to feel like I interrupted a frat party, and those boys were not one bit happy I was there. I was barely acknowledged when I announced I was picking up a carry out order. Without so much as a glance in my direction, I hear an annoyed, barely audible voice say “you do realize you ordered a 2 liter of Pepsi?” Tho it was my first, and now also definitely my last, time picking up a pizza here, I gathered from his question that I was supposed to go to the cooler and get my own damn 2 liter of Pepsi. Chaz had to get back to leading his meeting of the minds, I’m guessing. After successfully getting my soda all by myself like a big girl, I walked to the counter to get my pizza. Chaz the Great was doing something on the register. I assumed (how dumb of me, you know what they say about assuming…) he was printing my receipt so I patiently stood there waiting for him to do so. Then it happened, he ACTUALLY looked at me and spoke directly to me. Yes, little insignificant, stupid me. He spoke to me like I was exactly that and said “Uhhh, you’re done. You can go now.” So that’s exactly what I did. I left with my head spinning and went home only to be greatly underwhelmed by my subpar blob of whatever Chaz and crew thought was a pizza.
Never again will they get a penny of my hard earned money. Nope.
