I am not sure if there was a management change in the past 2 months, but the service at this location is horrible. I wish there was another location closer to where I live because my kids love Papa John's Pizza. After being told to wait (which was over 10 minutes) I was asked my name for my online order (which I had placed 15 minutes before walking in,) most of the oprder had been sitting under the lamp the entire time. 5 semi warm pizzas and 2 orders of dried out wings. This location used to be a lot better, hopefully I will get to modify my review, but I won't be back for a few months, or at all.

I didn't choose DoorDash for a reason, and now it automatically went through DoorDash instead of going through you directly like I wanted. I should absolutely get the choice or at the very least have the right to know that I will be directed to a third party company and which company that is, BEFORE it happens. Shame on you guys.

I wish there was a lower rating than a 1 for this location. Worst papa John’s I have ever encountered. The manage is extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service experience. I will never go back to this location and I’d recommend you don’t as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs .

I ordered uber eats late at night and honestly thought I'd give these guys a positive review for a change. The pizza was pretty decent for Papa Johns!
I ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza. I'm pretty sure they forgot the cheese and sauce. Pizza was bone dry

maybe they could stay fully staffed, which would likely fix quality and timing issues, if they paid an appropriate wage. in the meantime, best not to discount the negative reviews.
