Wow. What a disappointment! While I fully comprehend I’m getting pizza and not expecting to be blown away by a fine dining experience, I do expect to get what I paid for, and what is advertised. Apparently, my expectations are way too high. While I ordered the new XL New York style thin crust pizza “cut into 8 large foldable slices”… it is far from what I received. I got a pizza that was maybe, and at most, a medium sized undercooked thick crust pizza that looked like it was cut by a blindfolded preschooler entrusted with using kindergarten safety scissors for the first time. I didn’t know a pizza could be cut so….irregularly, so poorly. If the pizza wasn’t bad enough, the service definitely was. I walked in to pick up my pizza only to feel like I interrupted a frat party, and those boys were not one bit happy I was there. I was barely acknowledged when I announced I was picking up a carry out order. Without so much as a glance in my direction, I hear an annoyed, barely audible voice say “you do realize you ordered a 2 liter of Pepsi?” Tho it was my first, and now also definitely my last, time picking up a pizza here, I gathered from his question that I was supposed to go to the cooler and get my own damn 2 liter of Pepsi. Chaz had to get back to leading his meeting of the minds, I’m guessing. After successfully getting my soda all by myself like a big girl, I walked to the counter to get my pizza. Chaz the Great was doing something on the register. I assumed (how dumb of me, you know what they say about assuming…) he was printing my receipt so I patiently stood there waiting for him to do so. Then it happened, he ACTUALLY looked at me and spoke directly to me. Yes, little insignificant, stupid me. He spoke to me like I was exactly that and said “Uhhh, you’re done. You can go now.” So that’s exactly what I did. I left with my head spinning and went home only to be greatly underwhelmed by my subpar blob of whatever Chaz and crew thought was a pizza.
Never again will they get a penny of my hard earned money. Nope.

I've ordered from this location twice, the first time they gave me a supreme when I ordered a Tuscan six cheese, then Friday I ordered same pizza with half pepperoni, was charged for it, and there wasn't any pepperoni at all.

I ordered in advance. Was told it will be 15 minutes. I arrived in 20. The order was not ready. My daughter and I waited for another 15 and the order was still not ready. Then we were told it will be another 10 minutes. We walked out and went to papa Murphys instead. At the rate it was taking them I could get a better pizza better ingredients and faster service.I will never go back to papa John’s again.

I ordered my pizza at around 6:30pm and I JUST got it at 8:55pm. Not only was it an extremely long wait but the driver looked as if he were on drugs and one of the garlic sauces I paid $0.75 for was busted all over the pizza. The pizza was barely warm and overall a terrible experience. I like papa John’s but this was awful. Lucky they got 2 starts cuz the pizza still tastes good and I did receive everything I ordered. Get your stuff together guys.

I ordered two small items at 720pm (papadilla and jalapeno bites) and did not receive my order until 940 pm, over TWO HOURS late. On top of that the food was disgusting, my papadilla was soggy and the jalapeno bites were just gross. I will NEVER eat here again.

I have ordered here a million times this time has finally done it for me and I will never be returning pizza was so poorly cooked even though I put well done. Also is was so horribly cut like can any of you make a real pizza because idk what this is and can’t believe you sell this to the public straight horrible. Would give zero stars if I could.
