Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse

My mom and I came in around 9 on a Saturday night and our server Luke, was amazing. He was attentive, nice, and went above and beyond. I come to Parry’s a lot and this was by far my best experience yet. (Not that the other times were bad). Thanks Luke! Good service is hard to come by so when I do, I make sure to leave a review.

Edit: A manager got back to me and was very concerned that this happened. Things happen sometimes.

I haven't had a problem with this place until I ordered the meat calzone. I usually just get a cheese or pepperoni pizza.
This time I got violently ill after eating. I went to the bathroom but someone was already in there. I had to run to the parking lot to vomit while my friend paid. It sucks because I like this place.

Lazy staff and aggressive manager. Spend your money elsewhere. 15 minutes just to get a take out order from shelf to customer during low hours.

I love this chain of a pizza place but I will never go back to this location. I walked in and placed a to-go order. First thing was when I asked for a receipt and all I received was a copy of the charge for the food and not what i had actually ordered. After waiting about 15 minutes for my food I realized on my CC that it looked like I wasn't charged enough for what I had got. I went back in to check and that's when I assume the manager was standing at the to-go counter so I asked her to check my order. After finding out they only charged me for French fries with cheese ($10 btw) I let her know that I also ordered a chicken wrap as well. After this was all said and done the manager let me know the person who placed my order was new, but instead of just comping the chicken wrap they ended up charging my card again for the remainder of the order. I understand that everyone makes mistakes however, charging me more was pretty distasteful considering it was an error on their end. Just not a good location with inattentive employees.

The food is amazing and will be the reason I return. The pizza is great! And they have a great selection for family gatherings and casual hangouts. The service was subpar. It felt like the server was a robot and repeated the same sentiments in a monotone voice every time she brought something to the table. Unfortunate and uncomfortable experience but the food quality offsets the strange interaction. If you are coming here for the food, you won’t be disappointed.
