This is my favorite restaurant in Arvada. I don't usually order food out, but when I do it is almost only from pho 65. The grilled pork is incredible... I never order anything else!
I have had the privilege to sample Pho dac bien all across America, parts of Europe and Australia. It is one of my all time favorite dishes. I especially enjoy the authenticity of well prepared broth and the varied ingredients that make it “dac bien”; tender tendon and tripe among my favorites.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Pho 65 in Arvada as one of my all time favorites. I give high marks for authenticity and attention to details. I also was pleased that the Vietnamese iced coffee with sweetened condensed milk was served as you would expect in country; the “proper way”.
For a truly fine dining experience ask for garlic chili sauce (they only offer Siraca at the table. And if you get the fresh spring rolls, ask for nuac cham. This fish sauce with pepper flakes will wake up the flavors of the rolled rice noodle medley much better than the peanut sauce.
I found the entire establishment to be very well managed. My only disappointment was that they didn’t store their paper products out of sight. If storage space is at such a premium, perhaps invest in some Japanese-style barriers with Vietnamese-inspired motifs. The background music was also dated. IMHO, some Vietnamese traditional music could really enhance the experience.
Can’t wait to return and find some improvements!

Nice mom and pop feel. I love their Pho, rice noodle bowls, egg rolls, Boba and wontons. Hands down my favorite pho shop. I have to have it atleast twice a month. Highly recommend!

Honestly, this has been one of my favorite restaurants to get pho from for years as their broth is phenomenal, but they don’t take food allergies very seriously! unfortunately for me as somebody that is very sensitive to onions and garlic, I asked to prepare my dish with no onions in it. It came out with onions… cool mistakes happen… turns out they took it back to the back and scraped them off the top and brought it back to me NOT OK now after finding onions in my food halfway through my meal, I am inevitably still going to be sick to my stomach! Because they didn’t take my allergy seriously and didn’t wanna waste the food that they made!?! I said something to them about it after finding the onions still in my bowl and they proceeded to charge me full price as I ate most of it before figuring out what they did?! So never going back here again!! Thanks for the stomach ache and lack of empathy for poisoning me!!

This is our go to Pho restaurant! Their beef fried rice is amazing. The Rare Steak Pho has lean beef and yummy broth.

Had the beef combo pho. Portions are generous, Basil, sprouts, jalapeño, and lime were fresh. The broth was hot and not over-salted. Basic and filling. This would be a good place to bring someone who doesn't know if they'd like pho. No surprises. Didn't see the waiter again until I paid. Maybe short-staffed?
My husband and I have been coming here basically every other week since we discovered it last year. It's a go-to for us especially on chilly or snowy days. We almost always get the summer roll with beef appetizer, two bowls of rare steak and brisket pho, and top it off with two cokes! They give you a HUGE platter of bean sprouts, basil,.limes, and jalepenos and the table always has a couple sauces on it. We haven't tried any of the other entrees. Service has always been great for us and I'm sure we'll be there a ton this winter!

Probably the best Pho 🍜 I’ve had in Colorado . Broth was amazing 🤩 10/10 would recommend. We ordered dumplings and spring rolls for appetizers. All were super yummy . My husband had the egg roll noodle bowl, portion size was great and the egg rolls had the perfect crutch. My whole family was satisfied with their meal.
