Definitely got food poisoning from their spicy chicken sandwich. Please be careful going here.

Nora assisted in a large order of chicken for my party. She as so polite and right on top of my order. When I picked up chicken at expected time it was hot out of the fryer. Fantastic service!

This location is consistently slow, and they never seem to get my order right.

Quite good fried chicken. They did get one thing wrong on our order.

My tenders were terrible. They looked like they served me some from the night before. So disappointed.

Just went through the drive through and place this order. 2 p. ALL WHITE Spicy with mash potatoes and a biscuit. I didn't check it but should have. Got home to find all dark meat. I called the store and got hung up on. I drove back down and received the correct order. When I asked for the franized owners name, I think it was the manager she couldn't tell me. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THE RESTAURANT AGAIN. THESE EMPLOYEES NEED TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This location is ridiculous! I placed a mobile order for pick up and didn't realize my order was wrong until I got home. I went back frustrated of course and waited at the counter for a good 5 mins before I guy from the back came up and just looked at me. I then explained how my order was wrong and he still didn't say a word. Not even I apologize! I understand mix ups happen but to not even acknowledge that a mistake was made seems a little childish! I felt like I was bothering them by asking for my order that I paid for be made correctly!!

Went to the drive through on this visit. Absolutely a giant rip off to say the least! $45.00 for a meal that only had 8 pieces of chicken, not 12, no buscuits and old chicken. This Popeyes has failed to deliver good service tome the last 2 times that I have visited. Never going back after this last rip off! 45 dollars for 8 pieces of chicken and 2 small containers of mashed potatoes and beans & rice. Wish I could take it all back and get my money back..

Do not visit this location. The woman at the cashier is very rude and need to be retrain. I proceeded to place my order, upon driving forward towards the window to pay. I gave her my credit card and a coupon. She threw the coupon back and told me it was not accepted. I told her it was still valid till March 2025; she continued to tell me that it was not accepted because I did not mention that I had a coupon. This is BS, I have never encountered anything like this before in my life. She also told me that she cannot canceled my original ordered and reorder. This is plain lazy and incompetent. She even told me that she was going to call the police on me if I didn't leave. Is this the way to serve your customers??? This location is also very dirty and not well maintain, not many customers come inside due to the cleanliness. This kind of behavior can only go so far in life, I'm not sure if the owner/manager knows what is going on. The management at this location should be aware and either fire/remove or retrain their employees. Otherwise, this location will go out of business soon. I visited on Jan 23rd at 11:05 am.

Time in the restaurant took forever even with me ordering online. They've also messed up my order in the past so I stayed to check my order, they didn't give me any sauces in my to go order, and gave me the wrong size of side in my 4pc combo meal. Luckily I was there to fix the issue as I was at the counter and I got my side in the size i paid for and the sauces I paid for.
Given the boned chicken meals were so good, and the red beans and rice were orgasmic, their tenders were basically jerky.
My Grandmother who wanted chicken tenders basically got Chicken Jerky. It was clear that the tenders were WAY over cooked to the point of being completely dehydrated. I could eat them, they were even tasty. They were though, basically chicken jerky. This was the my New Years Eve meal I bought for my 80+ year old Grandma. Very Disappointed, you guys have good food, but your tenders have been found lacking. We want chicken tenders, not the thinnest of chicken jerky to exist.

She used a food blender with blades and it struggled to cut the meat. We order the for a 5:10om pickup, and we get there at 5:11pm. There's no excuse for the level of dehydration in the meat we experienced.
